credential check "的材料准备否？国内大学出具的中英文成绩单和学位证是否足够？

Education of PRC and they will process a evaluation and send the processed
materials to WES in NY for further WES evaluation. If you wanna know more,

materials in my hand meet the demands of Ministry of Education of PRC? Can I
send my documents to MOE by mail directly without find any friends to hand
on for me? I can't find the answer from your website, sorry.
