本人不是化学专业的, 我想翻译下面这句话,有谁可以帮忙看看什么意思吗?
400 μL injections of DMSO in SFC result in higher loading and better
resolution for achiral applications as compared to samples injected in the
same volume of methanol.
在这句话里,"higher loading"应该翻译成更高的上样量,还是更高的载荷量?这两个是

载荷量可能是指stationary phase能承载的最大的样品量又不引起retention time和
peak改变的量把
我对中文的色谱术语和SFC都不熟，随便猜的
