取钱免费当然是指boa debit card了
在建行atm上这两种卡都能用，只不过收钱多少的问题。debit card免费，credit card
取钱收费，另外还要付利息。credit card在哪儿都能取，当然收费高，利息高。

There are two fees within the discussion: ATM access fee, which BoA does not
charge if you use China
Construction Bank ATM, then there is currency conversion fee, you withdraw
cash in RMB in China, the fund is
from your checking account with BoA, which is in US Dollar. The 1% currency

There is NO any fee if you use Fidelity mySmartCash from any ATMs in China.

associate before opening my checking account tonight)
You can either open a HY (High-Yield) Investor Checking account or an HY
Investor Saving account. They share some common features but differ in some
aspects.
Common features:
