each converted purchase or 1% of the U.S. Dollar amount for each converted
ATM cash withdrawal."
Please be notice that the fee for "converted purchase" is 3% whereas that
for "converted ATM cash withdrawal" is 1%.
Most of us will use the card for "withdrawal" but not for "purchase". So the
fee will be 1% percent of the US dollars we have withdrawn.
So it is NOT for free now.

Here is what I found:
There will be NO fees from BOA when you use your debit card from China
Construction Bank (CCB).(Note this is not purchase usage such as shopping in Chinese stores.)
There will be $5/per draw charge from CCB, and 1% CCB charge will be waived.
Anyone recently in China can confirmed this?

去了趟欧洲,提现都是用的BOA的那些联盟银行,没有收任何手续费.汇率是按照当时
的汇率来算的.
只有一次,在Roma,手头没有现金了,就在街上随意找了一个不知道名字的ATM机,提了
50欧元,回来看了看,BOA在statement上列出了两笔交易,一笔是$64.21 (WITHDRWL
POSTE ITALIANE 07601 ),应该是对应的50欧元的汇率,我查了一下当天的汇率应该
是对的.另外一笔是$0.64,应该是手续费.但是这个手续费很便宜啊,只有1%. 呵呵.
除此之外再没有任何额外的费用.
**ATTN:**
为了避免BOA lock你的帐户，最好通知他们你将在中国取款。并告知他们在国内用卡
的时间段（×月×日～×月×日）。

netbank国内取款汇报

由于偶们家建行属于那七省市之一不能用boa，usaa偶又得在这边用，偶灵机一动把自己
无用准备关闭的netbank的卡寄回家，因为netbank也是属于自己不charge atm费用的，估
摸着还会不错。
刚刚让父母在中行的atm上取款100rmb试验，这边netbank扣除了12.53，汇率7.9808。当
前中行外汇买入价8.0067，因此charge了～0.3％的钱，和过去报告的usaa在国内取款的
汇率比较类似。
好多准备关netbank的，如果家里的建行atm不好使，自己的usaa又舍不得寄给家里的，不
如使用netbank作为替代。汇率虽然差一些，但是差别实际很小，而且可以不限于建行
atm

用ATM买提款：
刚刚读了我的小册子，在全世界只要是汇丰银行自己的ATM提款是免费的，没有任何的
charge.每天提款最高额1000美金，每笔最多提500美金。按照今天的汇率，国内提取
781.26元这边的帐号内扣除100美金，算很不错的汇率了。
如果不用HSBC的ATM机提款要收费，每笔交易收USD 1.50。
用DEBIT CARD买东西：
每次交易收取25 cents的手续费
以上已经打了电话确认了。回国去大城市的可以考虑用HSBC,不需要CHECKINGS ACCOUNT
直接有SAVINGS ACCOUNT就可以从国内提款了。 也没有BOA那种要求DD来waive monthly
fee的烦恼。

七嘴八舌话取钱

以下基于本人实际使用经历。
第一选择：
（A)BofA储蓄卡在建行取钱，好处：0费用，缺点：只能在国内20多个省市的部分建行
ATM取现，经常出现无法取钱出来的情况。有七省市根本无法取钱。
（B）Schwab信用卡，好处：0费用（虽然声称1％，但是实际使用经验表明完全按照当
日汇率无费用），缺点：国内很多地方不收visa国际卡，所以适合大城市和香港消费。
第二选择：
Netbank储蓄卡，收费0.2%。好处：各种银行，中行，建行，工行等等只要有
mastercard标志基本都能取钱。缺点：虽然收费少，还是要收些。
第三选择：
USAA储蓄卡，收费0.2%+1%的foreign transaction fee，后一项费用都在statement上
单独列出来的。
第四选择：
美国乱七八糟本地银行普通储蓄卡（发行银行声称在非本行atm上取钱本身不收费用的
）。国外取现收费2％。（本人使用Suntrust银行在国内和智利验证过）。

1. BoA是可以用的，前面有人说不能用我不知道是什么原因，但是

在重庆好像只有解放碑建行重庆市分行里面2台ATM机器可以取钱，杨家坪建行支行看起
来很大，也取不了。

只要是建行的ATM机，让你取钱的应该都可以。
我在成都市内3个不同的地方取，没有手续费。
西安大雁塔附近的建行上我也成功取钱，没手续费。

北京及上海：使用discover和capital one, 都没有问题。感觉外卡的使用很普遍，大
小店都可以用。查了一下statement, 都没有transaction fee. 感觉凡是能用信用卡的
时候都尽量用，因为最方便而且汇率不存在象换现金一样的买入卖出差价。
广州：试过的地方都不收外卡(信用卡）。从两个建行的ATM用BoA取钱，没有任何问题
。一次取了500，一次取了3000。
回国前跟这三个银行都打了招呼，说要在境外使用。他们都给我在电脑上做了记录。不
知这是不是顺利用卡的一个原因。
而后来因为网络问题，国外网站上不去，无法在银行间转钱，只好兑换美金。排了两个
半小时的队不说，因为现汇买入卖出差价，损失了好几十块钱。
总结：上策是用信用卡，中策BoA,下策兑换人民币。
希望这个经历对回国的同学们有用。

后来家里人向丰城市建行的一个部门经理咨询得知，整个江西省都没有开通这项业务。
不过据部门经理讲，江西省建行已经向北京总行申报开通这项业务了，应该很快就能批
下来。高兴中。

建行刚开通这项服务的时候确实湖南不在那个名单里面，估计是后面开通了吧，我去年
9月寄回去以后一直都很好用。江西听说是一直不能用。
我用upsp的priority mail寄的，$5多一点，一个多星期吧。不过网上很多人说
priority mail不保险，容易掉，所以你也可以选择贵一点的Global Express Mail.
希望有哪位在湖南用过的朋友说说最近是否也碰到问题，谢谢。

今年回国本来看好了BOA在建行可以免费取款的好处，于是也没有随身带钱。回到家后
想取款，到建行说我们市太小了，ATM都没有国籍网，省会才有（沈阳）。于是去北京
的时候想取，发现建行的ATM密码最多只有6位，而我的是11位，根本取不了。原来看别
人都那么简单，完全没有想到还有这么多问题。

还要多具体啊。我其实对成都也不是很熟的。每次我想取钱就是随便朝一个方向走，通
常不到10分钟肯定能看到一个建行的ATM，呵呵。至少
在5～6个不同的ATM机上取过钱，都没问题啊。如果一定要说出一个位置来，我就记得成
都飞机设计研究所（611所）院子里的肯定可以取。别的我就记不得到底在哪里了。这样

"The International Transaction Fee will be 3% of the U.S. Dollar amount for
each converted purchase or 1% of the U.S. Dollar amount for each converted

Please be notice that the fee for "converted purchase" is 3% whereas that
for "converted ATM cash withdrawal" is 1%.
Most of us will use the card for "withdrawal" but not for "purchase". So the
fee will be 1% percent of the US dollars we have withdrawn.
So it is NOT for free now.

昨天刚在上海建行南京西路atm尝试用boa的debit卡取现，我的是六位密码，认证没有
任何问题。取现100元，今天boa账户显示$15.49, 折合汇率6558。刚好是中行公布的
现汇买入价。没有任何手续费。

你可以打电话给BOA提高取现额度，但是回国没用的

a couple of things:
1. call BOA and you could lift the daliy limit, it could be set for a period like 2 weeks if you like, then goes back automatically to original limit. I really like this b/c it provides more security. CSR told me this can be done in the online site, but I never got the chance to try it.
2. my dad made the withdraws. I weren't there. for some reason he could only withdraw from the saving account and he said he could only see the saving. Weird, but I don't care, as long as it works.
3. use the 4 digit pin on the CCB ATM, same one you set up with BOA.
4. those ATMs really suck! YMB 1000 per withdraw, that's limit set by those banks, has nothing to do with BOA. but you can keep withdrawing without get the card out, so just be careful not to create too much attention when you taking stacks of cash again and again not to mention hogging the ATM for large amount withdraws :) maybe bring two body guards with you when you do it.

密码输4位然后确认。
说是有INTERLINK或Plus或star标志的atm都免费，如果有收费，fidelity给报销。
但中国的atm都没有interlink. 只有它的中国版unipay。只能找plus或star.
