"I had came to a stop as the e/w lights tured from amber to red. I was in
the inside lane. I was the first vehicle on the line. Vehicle directly
beside me was already stopped and was waiting to turn left behind two other
vehicles. this vehicle is a blue xxx and was positioned about 3 metres
behind the white line. As the light turned amber the first two vehicles i
the intersection proceeded to turn left. the turning vehicles proceeded
slowly as the traffic was heavy ad the intersection required extra
precaution. the light turned red and the second of the two vehicles was
still stopped but was inside the intersection. The N/S lights had just
turned green when the 3rd vehicle in the left lane, the blue xx which had
plates xxxxxx then entered the intersection after having been stopped at the
red light. the vehicle proceeded to complete the left turn following the
vehicle infront onto xxxx northbound. i activated my emergency lights and
sirens ad the remaining traffic surrounding the intersection all came to a
stop allowing me to safely follow the xx in and through the intersection."
事实情况我不在3米后,前轮已经过线,否则警察就在我3米前黄灯我都不转.可是没有证
人目击.从这个DISCLOSURE能找出漏洞证明我不可能红灯后进入INTERSECTION吗 |
