发帖数: 7027 | 3 Some 2003 model year Corolla and Matrix vehicles may exhibit M.I.L. “ON”
with DTC P0770 (Shift Solenoid E Malfunction). Several production changes
have occurred to correct this condition. Follow the repair procedure on
pages 2 and 3 to address those vehicles that exhibit the condition.
Replace the ECM with the correct part number part.

P0770 TOYOTA Description
The ECM uses the signals from the Throttle Position Sensor and Air flow
Meter to monitor the engagement condition of the lock up clutch. Then the
ECM compares the engagement condition of the lock up clutch with the lock up
schedule in the ECM memory to detect mechanical trouble of the shift
solenoid valve SLU, valve body, torque converter clutch and automatic
transmission assembly
