发帖数: 495 | 1 Ran into a post over the weekend and now there is a pretty deep dent on the
trunk lid, one broken tail-light, scratches on the bumper
A local body shop estimated the job to be $2500 including new trunk lid (
with paint), new tail-light and touching up the bumper. I could send the car
to a different body shop but I doubt the price tag will be much different
The body shop suggests going thru insurance as I have comprehensive and
there may be hidden damage not included in the estimate now. The guy
suggests my insurance may go up 300/year for the next 3 years but it'd still
be cheaper than paying 2k out of the pocket (I have a 500 deductible)
I'd like some suggestions. The car is a 06 acura TSX and I am the 1st owner.
Not planning on getting used parts from junk yard at the moment
