Minutes to interstates and Riverchase Galleria. 15 minutes drive to UAB
campus, minutes to HWY 280, I-65 and I-459, very convenient location to
shopping and work.
All utilities will be included in rent, including wireless internet
connection, but excluded telephone. Will have to share bathroom with
roommate.
No pet, no smoking, easy-going single preferred.
Short term is OK, too.
