现在的Health Insurance为什么一般只有4种价格？难道不是家人数字，年龄组成不同
，保费也不同吗？
2015的医疗改革，会对这方面的精算师工作造成什么影响？比如说是不是需要更多的人
，还是更少的人？保险公司是不是更容易亏本？

Hard to say, but generally less imo...say company A has 100 actuaries and
company B has 50 actuaries. Company A acquires company B, do you think
company A will need 150 actauries? Consultant has a lot of work to do now
but I think it'll eventually stabalize.
保险公司是不是更容易亏本？
For small companies probabaly yes especially if they get into the exchange
market. What will probabaly happen is big fish eats small fish...and also
the shrimps! Chances for smaller companies to survive is to develop staff
model and integrated care delivery. |
