找ＦＩＲＭ的工作吗？
Ｃｏｒｐｏｒａｔｅ的ｃａｒｅｅｒ ｔｒａｃｋ是怎样的呢？
工作稳定性／工资／职业寿命来讲，哪个比较好些呢？如果以后想回国，那个比较适合
呢？

发帖数: 738 | 3 我感觉在公司做会计后，很不好往firm里跳啊。但是有了two years public
accounting experience，就超好跳槽啦。但美国这边小些的事务所就是做bookkeeping
, tax return preparation，估计回国也没什么用。如果考虑到以后回国的问题，可能
能去大所做审计最好啦，否则去企业做会计也好。 |

start salary. But nowadays very very few corporates sponsor H1B for fresh
graduates.
Firms, especially big 4, will get you a better paid corporate job a few
years later.
In China, big 4 pay better than most corporates (for the same yrs of
experience).
For go back to China, big 4>famous corporate>>small firms>=small corporates-
-just my two cents. |
