原料：净海蚌肉400克、熟冬笋75克、水发香菇10克、西红柿2个
制法：海蚌治净片成两片，下60℃温水中汆至5成熟捞出，剔 膜用料
酒抓匀；香菇冬笋切片，与鲜汤、盐、味精、白糖、酱油、香油、
湿淀粉调成卤汁；蒜末下油锅稍煸，下冬笋、香菇翻炒,然后下卤汁
烧 开勾芡,下蚌肉翻炒几下出锅即可。
龙身凤尾虾
原料：鲜海虾30只、熟火腿肉75克、水发香菇15克、冬笋50克、葱白
约10克
制法：香菇、冬笋、葱白切片，火腿切条；海虾治净留尾壳；用刀面
拍平，将火腿肉条，横放于近虾尾的肉面上， 然后将虾尾卷起，即
龙身凤尾虾，下锅过油，呈龙身 凤尾形即可；油锅烧热，放入调料
，再倒入过油虾，颠炒几下装盘 即成。
醉蚌肉
原料：冬景活蚌1只、调料适量
制法：将活蚌去壳治净，切成小块状，装碗，浇以高粱酒 拌匀稍腌
；酱油、白糖、芝麻油盛小碗调匀加入调料，将香醋 与蚌块倒入，
翻炒搅匀，醉浸3小时即成。
淡糟香螺片
原料：香螺肉400克、水发花菇10克、冬笋75克、香糟20克
制法：香螺肉片成薄片，焯水后用绍酒抓匀，冬笋、花菇 切片，葱
白切片与清汤、调料调成卤汁。冬笋片过油。蒜姜末呛锅后放入 |

发帖数: 139 | 25 偶刚来XMU时带了一双旱冰鞋，因为滑的差劲白天不敢出来现眼。於是就晚上摸黑来到上
弦场的篮球场练，以为摔的丑也没人看见。可是呢玩了一会儿觉得不对，再定睛一看发现
台阶上两个两个原来有很多人的说。。。
上弦场一圈的蒲葵树，本来是生物系的老校友们年轻的时候种的，他们回来省亲时抱着树
都很感慨。当年考寄托的时候，偶经常很郁闷的坐在石头栏杆上背玉米糊的红宝书。蒲葵
的头发在风里哗哗响。感觉很爽，偶就在叶子上默写单词。有时也写打油诗。
下面踢球的男生们永远都很帅很匪的样子，偶粉喜欢看，粉喜欢看。 |

before shijin# 6 was built, i can enjoy this " sea sight".
but sufferings of living there overweight the enjoyment.
think about the water supply crisis in summer,
8 people sharing a tiny room, the after 11 " light off" policy
up and down hill every day...and many more inconveniences.
i always dreamed of a small,peaceful room outside XMU,
better close to both libary and the restaurants in the street. :)
however, shi jin is a place we lived for four years, a place full of memories.

本报讯 （记者 佘峥）厦大昨天说，厦大嘉庚学院已获教育部批准，今秋将开始招生，
招生计划为500人，录取批次放在本科二批。这意味着今年高考本二线上的考生也能报考
厦大。
学院性质：按民办机制运营
校方表示，嘉庚学院是由厦门大学和厦门嘉庚教育发展有限公司共同举办的，具有“三

There r many examples. However, most of them have Ph.D.
I think the job market in US now is okay, especially for MS degree.
It is easy to find a job, but not easy to find a "perfect" job. |

在这应该比较好找工作的，我知道有人因为有HPLC的经验和Master
的学位就在医药公司找到工作的。
如果要回国找工作，估计够呛吧，就算有人要，工资也不会高的。
要回去，还是要有博士学位比较好。
好像你还打算再那个质谱的硕士，我觉得没有必要，赶紧看看学校
里有没有质谱可以用，去学学，然后在resume上吹你会用就可以了。 |
