record two people's talk. The key point for every applicant is to really
know your strength and weakness, look beyond your YOG, USMLE scores, USCE,
discover the things that make you stand out from your personality or past

the recording of my webinar 3/30. I hope you will find it helpful one way
or another.
I remember when I applied for the residency many years ago, I had no idea
why I got matched. In fact, I had no clue at all till I became the chief
resident then chief fellow and start to interview applicants. However, only
when I became an attending and start to evaluate and mentor the residents

的录音。请发邮件到i**[email protected]。
很多同学要求在十月底或者十一月初做mock iv。因为要去中国，时间和网络不好掌握
，所以没有办法预先定好时间。非常抱歉。如果有时间，我会在网页上更新
appointment。同学们可以常上来看看有没有合适的appointment.

important thing for an interview is to know yourself and "match", what is
your strength that can match the program. We all know what kind of the
applicants the program wants. However, different program has different
preferences. You need to study their website very carefully and try to match
their needs.
In terms of your weakness, some people feel they should not mention it.

来说，最有帮助的就是做好OB, 拿到了很 strong 的 LORs. 还有关于 resident six
competencies 的详细解读，对准备 package, interview 都有很好的启发。（这一
点 ACAP 的 career development seminar 会议上Dr. Guo 也曾讲过。） mock
interview 回答问题的feedback 也非常好。非常感谢！ |

great resource. If you have less than 5 interviews and you are not good at
socializing with people, prepare yourself well and then ask For professional
help. No matter. How well you prepared, you still have a lot of places you
can improve.you cannot afford wasting any interviews.

备，一下子被问到。悲催的是居然有2个interveiwer 问的都是这个问题。看着同面试
的其他人都是美国医学院4年级的学生，心里压力无限啊。感觉自己进去的机会很小，
但是自己已经做了自己能力范围里能做的极限了，没有遗憾了。 祝大家面试成功！ |

blackbird 都躲到窝里去了，黑鸟们时而迎风飞舞，时而试图停到摇曳的猫尾草上。我
感觉它们就象武打小说中的侠士，不畏寒冷，在风中伫立，敬意油然而生，于是拍下侠
哥侠妹们飞舞的身姿。
1.努力抓住草杆
2.狂风吹不倒
3. 挥剑决浮云,高歌啸星河。
4.这个,这个嘛，。。。是在做 mating calls
5.唱累了，飞下水边找吃的
6.掠过草丛
7.草上飞。这是另外一天的下午拍的
8.我试过在三个不同时段（清晨，late上午和late 下午）拍黑鸟。发现黑的鸟很难拍
出色彩
9.干脆拍剪影
10.向猫尾草降落
11.收翅滑翔
12.耍杂技呢，两条腿架在两草杆上

14. 雌鸟比较害羞，不太出来抛头露面
