it is fraud because the company would not disclose how the business run and
how lz may save more with comparable options. The company tried to
manipulate lz by comparing apples to oranges and that only benefited that
company. Then it is a fraud.
for lz, you can compare the payments here (bi-weekly vs. conventional) and
you will figure out how much the company would charge you with the minimal
