GAUHATI, India – The Indian military has a new weapon against terrorism:
the world's hottest chili.
After conducting tests, the military has decided to use the thumb-sized

从威慑的角度看，美军开发这些杀人武器当然是很有威力的。但是，从节目里武器设计
师，项目经理等人的谈话也可以看出，美军更主要的动机是追求最低限度的自身伤亡，
所以设计的武器都是希望隐形，远程精确定位打击，打了就跑掉，像Javalin这种武器
。甚至发射完武器都不用管了，像那种携带三颗炸弹的微型drone。
这就带来一个问题。
要知道，任何战争，最终都是人的战争。除非你的目的是要把对方全部消灭掉，否则你

本人两年前在amazon上买了一个非常小的电击棒（stun gun），都可以当钥匙链的，一
直放在背包里都没打开过，也忘记了它的存在，我也不知道拿这个是需要有permit的。
几天前的飞机从east lansing 机场飞到Chicago，在过安检的时候被拦下来了，结果被
发现有这个小电击棒，说是属于carrying concealed weapon without permit，是非常
严重的事情，自己查了下，严重的话是属于felony，会有criminal score的，还会拘留
7天。没想到小小的东西，结果会这么严重。目前是非常着急，也咨询了律师，律师也
说很严重，这case只能打打看，而且还会花一大笔律师费。现在觉得多花钱就花了，只
是非常担心我的visa。一旦有了criminal score，我的visa应该就会无效了。我还有一
年才毕业呢。总之现在非常着急上火。不知道最后结果能怎么样。不知道组里有没有人
知道谁发生过类似的事情，具体我该怎么办呢？希望能得到些积极的回复，这两天听律
师说的，都有点绝望了。谢谢各位了。 |

常见的ruger mini14这样的)，是左翼的第一目标，终极目标是在全美版introduce像澳
洲那样的ban.
