和老公吵架，我一气之下报了警，争执中他双手掐了我脖子还踢了我，我如实写了笔录
，警察的那份没有注明我先推了他，我自己写的提到了我先打他背。他被抓的时候也认
了罪，说老婆说的都是事实，但是那时候他不知道我很气所以只说了他的不是。
他们还拍照了我脖子上的勒痕作为证供，事态严重到不让保释。
我想请问上庭的时候我要是推翻证供说他没掐我，脖子上的是过敏，可以帮他撤销罪名
吗？他们会不会反过来告我给假证？
还有别的方法不留下污点吗？

说我打了她10来个巴掌，还有胸前两个拳头（根本没有的事），拍了照（没有任何淤青
或者出血，虽然警察报告中说Arresting officer xxx completed a domestic
violence package complete with photos of the complainant’s injuries），不知
道是否有录音。当时警察问老婆要不要去医院，老婆说不需要，没去。警察进屋啥都没
有问我，直接把我送到city Jail。第二天老婆把我保释出来了。我现在被Charge
Assault – Family Violence – Bodily Injury Only， 属Misdemeanor 中class 最
重的.
我们没钱请律师，想自己处理这事。因为之前DA不会主动dismiss Case, 所以我不得不
选择了Jury Trial，DA才会看我的案子。Trial计划在三个星期后举行。如果在开庭之

In Wisconsin, if the offender is the victim's former roommate, the case is
considered as domestic violence. |
