唉...笑翻笑翻, 偶也算是半个清华人的说. 现在清华遭人诽谤偶也
很愤怒啊. 当年偶是转贴过一篇无聊的文章, 不过那几天正值chris
tmas, 想让大家骂一骂原作者, 笑一笑罢了. 想不到居然现在成了偶
的尾巴, 呵呵, 看来是洗不清了. 偶也从没洗过啊. 只是这帮人胡乱
猜别人也也太不开眼了. 去年国安队赢辽宁, 北京人说"一不打聪明
的二不打傻的, 就打你这种不开眼的". 不过偶一向以德服人, 而且
平常科研任务繁重, 所以从不屑于在网上和人吵架, 总以为越是在网
上猛的都是现实生活中的衰人, 这种人很可怜阿, 让他们找找被人重
视的感觉吧.

Body，即使到CD-19 CAR, 他都是跟在别人后面做，只不过运气好，把CD-19 CAR 的效
果做出来了，CAR-T 已经是几十年public的东西，并且他自己的CD19 CAR 一开始都是
拿过来的，还有TMA。因此后续不会有太大问题的，放心去专利自己的改进。 |

数学系硕士生本科生投稿指南

目前绝大部分高校的科研评价体系严重依赖中科院搞的SCI分区。而其中数学类期刊SCI
分区尤为混乱！究其原因，是因为数学类期刊影响因子普遍偏低，绝大部分顶级学术期
刊影响因子为1到2之间，最顶级的期刊Ann Math也才刚刚超过2. 因此对于数学期刊的
大部分投稿人和编委而言，只需要放开学术论文的引用规则，期刊很容易就可以在分区
中上升名次。很有学术声望的数学期刊，比如AMS， LMS的期刊，在上面发表的论文往
往会严格恪守学术论文的引用规则，因此对于这些数学期刊，影响因子可以大体反映学
术水平！但是许多根本不入流的灌水期刊由于严重地背离学术论文的引用规则，影响因
子一路高升，在SCI分区排名中遥遥领先！许多高校师生靠这些分区高的灌水期刊评奖
评职称，申请各类基金，甚至当上了学术带头人，学术一把手。对于认认真真，严肃做
数学研究的人而言，这种灌水现象大大加剧了他们被淘汰的风险，这是典型的劣币驱逐
良币现象！
