pshychological analysis, I post my question here.
I think that many Chinese students in US who think or doubt if they have
pshychological problem/diease because they always want the best,but can't
temporily or even unluckly never reach what they desire. Hence lose the
pshychological balance.
My question is: What should one expect from his therapist in this case?

的。
星期四我妈带我女儿回中国去，打算玩几个月就回来。我老公本来就在中国出差，所以
当天家里只有我和我儿子。我给她写了封email，说家里没有别人，恐怕会控制不住要
喝酒或者自残。她约我第二天见面，问写 email 之前我在干什么。我说我溜进了我老
板的办公室，看见里头挂满了她和孩子们的照片，还看见她老公写给她的一张卡片，卡
片上说：自从我遇见你，我的人生就彻底被改变了...我当时看过有种奇怪的嫉妒的感
觉，但是也没有多想，也并没有把喝酒的念头和我在办公室看见的东西联系起来。
我的therapist说两者的联系很明显，因为我一直希望自己能成为我老板生活的一个部
分，可是我看见她已经有她的生活。她的儿子，丈夫，都活生生摆在那里，我和她的生
活其实毫无关系。我当时嫉妒的感觉明显就是这个意思，可是我完全不敢细想。因为没
想，也就不觉得很悲伤，只觉得很紧张。我的therapist气都没换，就一下子把我的想
法说给我听，感觉好像伤疤突然被血淋淋揭开一样，我当时就哭了。

problems, make recommendations for what you can do to deal with the problems.
But it is you who are the ultimate person to make a decision about your behavior.
In the case you proposed, the therapist would probably help you identify

去小时候还能吃puree的各种食物，现在除了饼干，面条，面包，葡萄，香蕉，苹果，
牛奶，酸奶就啥都不吃了。看到食物不是摇头，就是嚼嚼吐出来不往下咽。最近2个月
，奶喝的比过去多了（主要是夜里，大概暖起来的口渴），一天大概16-20oz，吃得就
更少了。申请了early intervention（主要是speech delay），但是没有合格。建议我
们去看feeding therapist。有没有类似情况的娃，可以让我们取取经啊？ |

then they will focus more on it.
My kids are not good at expressing themselves, they do talk, but they need
help putting sentenses together. so based on what I see from my kids therapy
sessions, the main purpose is to find different ways (fun ways) to teach
them to talk the right way, answer questions and make requests. It's a lot
of repetition. Don't expect the therapists to do miracle work, they are

techniques so it can be applied on the child during the day. The speech
therapist doesn't live with the child, you do. It's your responsibility to
work with the therapist so the child can benefit from the session. Are you
home with the child? if not, get a good babysitter. |

therapist. A speech therapist treats medical speech disorders, which could
be physiological or psychological in nature. A diction coach teaches you the
mechanics of sound production.
If you are at or near a university, ask the linguistics (phonology) or music
(voice/singing) departments if they can recommend a diction coach. |

我觉得你不妨把这段意思下次跟她交流一下，不管是她的焦虑没有handle好而影响

$15. 看来每个星期都要去。不知道这个人修行怎么样，反正只有等着看了。下下周还
约了另外一个therapist.我想看看两个人说的有什么不同。
这个therapist的方法很简单，就是让我坐沙发，然后慢慢谈心似地谈。没有用freud的
方法。不过，第一次因为不了解我，她也不好说什么。 |

不知道讲什么；；；而他总是用温柔关心的语调跟我说话，那时觉得世界上只有他关心
偶了。。sigh。。。跟自己说还真是病得不轻。。。呵呵。。。偶是付他钱来关心偶的
。。。那种暗恋的感觉很好，可对治疗一点都不好；后来偶就跟自己说不能再找帅哥

各位爸爸妈妈，我家老大女娃真是个让人头疼的孩子。要说她也六岁半快七岁了，但是
极其极其的黏我。不接受去别人家playdate,除非我全程看着她，除了上学。去什么活
动去哪必须我有在身边，如果我有一分钟不在她的视线里就会panic，马上大哭，
screaming。比如说我要是去超市，就必须看着我，偶尔离她远点近点都要大喊大叫。
我要去任何地方，即使家里有人看她，也必须跟着我去，总是就是不正常的黏我。要说
我回想起来她从小成长的环境很正常，一直和父母生活在一起，我们也从来没有长时间
的离开她，也没有过什么accident，abuse之类，不是到为什么这么缺乏安全感。我有
意识的给她渐渐地锻炼，说过很多次了，没什么改变。
还有她其他事情也是非常的strongwilled,特有主意，要她做点不想... 阅读全帖 |

。她问的问题，比如，小家伙会自己指自己的鼻子么，我说我从来没有教过他呀，我都
放羊，整天就是带他玩，然后她就说我家娃understanding language很差。。
她说她那里的课一星期一次，一次25到30分钟的样子。上8次看看效果再说是不是继续
。。。
我决定过2个星期孩子还不说话，就送daycare了。他现在发很多音了，也能用手指自己
的耳朵鼻子了，就教了几次。。
每次去图书馆story time，他看到别的孩子就往上凑，想玩。然后老喜欢在大家跟前表
演，又不会啥，有时候就打个滚把大家弄的哄堂大笑。觉得他很social，可是就是不说
话。。。哎。。 |
