questions. Below is just my personal response.
First of all, the symptoms are not necessarily caused by the medication. It
may be due to the disorder. Insomnia, fatigue and loss of appetite can
definitely be the symptoms of depression. Generally, there should be a
therapeutic range for drugs/medications. A too-low dosage will not have effect
on the symptom, while too-high will cause side effects/toxicity. I will think

Parkinson like symptoms..
But D/C Reglan abruptly may be not good due to concern of withdrawal

有很多美国文字的痕迹。
但中间有些错误，有可能是后来几经修改，或者录入电脑的时候出错的——毕竟那时候
一般人都不用电脑，大部分的写作都是写在纸上的，不大可能那个美国人写成
soft copy给贝的，因此存在一个录入错误的可能性。

the symptom and diagnosis. Then we can tell whether it's suspicious for
Bei to have described the symptoms that way. |

The symptom of the eye blindness described doesn't match Thallium poisoning
by direct contact with eye. So you can not come to the conclusion that the
contact lens fluid was poisoned.
You are not been objective if you keep insisting that symptom conclusively
demonstrate the contact lens fluid was poisoned. |

The problem with your argument is: symptom of vision loss is not a
indication of eye coming into direct contact with Thallium, but rather the
effect of acute Thallium poisoning on the nervous system. In another word,
while effect of direct contact with eye is unclear, ingesting Thallium most
certainly could produces symptom of vision loss. So there is still no
evidence you can draw the conclusion that contact lens case was poisoned.
