明：
ICM2014一小时大会报告共邀请了21位数学家，其中美国10位，法国3位，英国2位，
日本、韩国、瑞士、比利时、加拿大、意大利等国家各1位。
美国10位被邀请做一小时报告的数学家中，有5位是来自俄罗斯和东欧（匈牙利、捷
克）的数学家，目前都在美国一流大学（麻省理工学院、加州大学伯克利分校、普林斯
顿大学等）任职，还有3位分别来自伊朗、法国和英国。有2位在麻省理工学院、加州大
学伯克利分校任教的数学家（Alexei Borodin和Vera Serganova）都毕业于莫斯科大学
。这从一个侧面反映了苏联解体以后，俄罗斯的人才流失非常严重。另外，来自美国本

15消失的源头不就行了？毕竟你可是platinum。他没有办法？叫他问他的supervisor。
他的sup不知道？问他sup的sup。如果说建行a了你的钱，拿出证据来。
我的类似经验供lz参考，我当时办的忘了是check还是电汇，在中国银行办的，办理的
时候中国银行郑重承诺，他们就收办理时的手续费，但是对方行收不收费他们不管，然
后接收行是加拿大的cibc，也是郑重保证他们不收手续费。
结果到了cibc存check的时候少了$40。好在我有check在，我就盯死了问我的rep，我的
check上写的明明是这么多啊。我的rep也不好一口咬死就是中国银行乱收费，而是和我
一样困惑说怎么会这样呢？然后帮我狂打电话，最后要到了一个中国银行在ottawa总部
的电话，在那头艰涩以及颠三倒四的中文解释下，大意我忘光了，最后就记得是cibc这
边的总行charge的国际货币结算费用。
后来跟local cibc的rep说了，还是你们cibc charge的啊，rep很遗憾。我就很大度的

很多新的帆板windsurfing board也有自带 SUP功能，比如starboard的 windsup。建议
你去先租一个尝试一下，在不冲浪的情况下SUP还是很无聊的。如果冲浪倒是建议，站
