有giant eagle超市，target超市和walnut购物街，家门口就是公交站 可以乘车10分钟
到达CMU, 15分钟到匹大。 房间内家具齐全，king size床加床垫，桌椅，衣橱，书柜

窗户朝阳面，室内光线极好,冬天暖气充足。房间里的书桌和椅子，FULL size的床都可
以免费赠予你。厨具一应俱全，厨房里安装有崭新的烤箱，冰箱和微波炉，Laundry里
有洗衣机和烘干机。只需你带好私人物品即可拎包入住。生活方便，门口即是Giant
Eagle，也有几家Pizza店和快餐店。
坐车去学校也很方便。门口有CMU Shuttle stop. 还有71A,C。另外一个室友是CMU的计
算机博士，平时大多是在学校，比较喜爱安静。 欢迎随时看房。

转租3-BR中的一间，明年一月开始，地点在Walnut St., SHADYSIDE.
非常安全，楼下就是有名的商业街。
楼下走一分钟就是CMU校车的站，走两分钟有71B/D，以及64,到CMU或者匹兹堡大学都非
常方便。
房间很大，阳光很好，租金$390(不包电和网），包括了电和网之后是$420.
室友都是匹大女PHD，早出晚归，安静和善好相处。
仅限女生。
