王绍光的演讲生动有趣，讲的深入浅出，即使像我这样的外行，看了也有收获。印象最
深刻的是“抽签民主”，这一点，以前数学（陈必红）多次也写过。抽签的实质是随机
抽样，只有随机抽样，才能解决大样本的代表性问题。也就是说，只有抽签，才能真正
的实现representative democracy所声称的代表性。当然，光是有代表性，仍然不足以
实现民主，这就需要群众性的参与，也就是毛泽东思想里的群众路线，王给群众路线起
了一个洋名，"qunticipation"，"qun"就是群众的意思。
总之，王绍光的这篇演讲，还是很值得一看的。内容也很丰富，可以从中大致了解毛派
对民主制度建设的观点。

才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上
第一个中国人，也是第二个女性在美国联席国会讲演。在她的１０分钟讲演中,气震山
河，多次被两会议员全体起来长时间的鼓掌所打断。

那个时代别说中国女人，就是美国女人在政治里没有什么权利，是受歧视的。整个国会
参众两院女性议员凤毛麟角。
她的讲演不卑不亢，气势磅礴，正义凌然，震人发聩，赢得无数次参众两院全体起立鼓
掌。她的讲演对赢得美国对中国抗战的支援起到了很大的作用，你我没有变成日本的亡
国奴，她有一份功劳。
她的讲演稿子是自己写的，修改了很多遍，看成一篇时代范文。我敢说，很多在美国留
学多年的PHD也写不出来。

美国的种族话题有不同于中国的语境。美国人口的族群构成复杂，种族关系是政治生活
的一条主线。种族话题非常敏感，敏感程度远远超过中国国内，公众人物稍一说错话，
便可能面临被解雇或解约、事业荡然无存的境地。在其他很多国家都没这么严重，比如
它们就可以有以种族、性别偏见为笑点的“英式没品百科”，类似的网站目前为止我在
美国还没有发现。
在美国，存在明显歧视的语言，在任何公开的场合都不能说。有些中国同学动辄说黑人
、老墨如何如何，不仅话本身不对，就算退一步从实际层面讲，也会给人留下没有教养
的印象。对此我不只一次看到有人不屑一顾地说：这无非是政治正确罢了，即使嘴上不
说也不代表心里不这样想啊。可是，这些人有没有想过，要是我们自己连正确都不正确
了，哪里有资格可以去鄙夷“政治正确”呢？

上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.
Step 1: 下面网站里选Act Now有两个请愿投票, 有时间先去投票, 这样才能壮大声势.

1.普京称，俄罗斯在克里米亚的武装力量只是为了保护俄军方资产，在克里米亚占领基
础设施和军工厂的只是“公民防卫团体”而非俄方军队。

主就是神马是都是全民公决，就是你说的暴民民主。间接民主就是选出代表表决。你说
美帝是 a representive republic，其实应该是 representative, 这个
representative 就是 representative democracy，就是间接民主。
这个 representative 的选法在美帝立国是确实不是一人一票，老黑女人都木有选举权
，老白也是有房产的才有，但这也比精英制范围大多了，所以还是民主，不是精英/贵
