好像还没有哪个企业能占GDP的3%，中石油好像都没有。 现在的老印有点像80/90年代
的中国，缺电严重，发电企业都是电老虎， 用不着担心他们的还款能力。 再说又不是
和他们没有合作的经验，老印火力发电市场中国占了一半，很多中国企业在印度有电厂
的承包合同，也没有听说老印还款能力有问题。 应该都是老客户之间的买卖，互相什
