不读书，整天玩，就能进名牌大学，挤掉努力学习的优等生的名额，是不是成功？ 我
觉得在美国算是！
读大学上课听不懂，可是教授还是想办法给pass, 算不算成功？ 在美国算！
读了大学，知识和有用技能上没有任何提高，但是能用配额被高薪职位录用，
在美国也算成功。
所以，这些成功，确实需要reliance on other people.
美国已经改变了成功的定义。抢到手的，或者通过耍无赖得到的，

捐钱做小额贷款.也不看看领食品的人都吃得体重几百磅了.
勤奋,努力,不是美国社会的主流价值.

，其中4G芯片占比超过了60%以上。联发科去年芯片总出货量约为6亿颗，其中4G芯片占
比仅27%。展讯与RDA的去年总的基带芯片出货量为6.3亿颗，其中4G芯片仅占不到3%。
不过随着今年4G智能手机市场的大幅增长，联发科和展讯也在加速追赶。

联想带着收购的摩托罗拉一起站高通（只要高通一套方案）。华为的竞争对手中兴带头
投给华为，友商OPPO小米vivo等等，甚至台湾企业都全部投票给华为。
结果，华为微弱劣势输了，没有成功拿下。联想的两票功不可没。
就这个结果来看，真是美帝良心想…
这样的话被踢出恒指什么的也是活该，以后都不买联想了。
补充：介于争论太多，我还是补充一下证据链吧。
首先，编码方案是开了两次会确定下来的，一次是葡萄牙里斯本的10月的会，确定数据
