刚收到uscis的信，说他们会把REF request sent 到i-907提供的fax号码。可是我们没有
提供fax号？

I got the letter . I think it is a template and can deny anyone.
publish and review papers are your job, but you are not outstanding
I submitted
5 editor letters, 5 independent letters
20 review from 9 journals
10 publications (9 in E)
50 citation (30 in E)
However, my citation is low (Engineering), which is the weak point.
Any one suggest what is the interval for submitting another one?

发帖数: 441 | 3 去年11月底的PD,后来6月份PP,被ref，7月中旬递上了ref的资料，两天后批了。
US 的phD，20~文章，基本上都是第一作者，20~review，两次会议的program
committee, 一个杂志的associate editor.citation，很少，30多一些。专业问题。
ref的是，review, contribution 还有就是international influence，还比较tough,感觉
上是把这个Case作为了一个Eb1A还衡量了，还好最后结果还好，谢谢我博士老板，和现
任老板的大力支持啊。 |

感想：TSC最近在瞎折腾，感觉早就应该过的，这个ref就是时间不够型ref。心态要平

2013年9月： DIY eb1a 140，加急，两天后顺利批准。
2013年10月： 结婚，然后主副一起提交的485，曾经担心结婚时间太短会被质疑后来结
果没有。
2014年6月：主申请人（非党员）批准，副申请人（党员）开始经历无休止的Pending,
2015年4月：找了律师 WOM

最悲剧的是电池充不上电
照着 LP-E6电池充电问题的procedure试了好多次
充电灯还是快闪
机身看着没什么使用痕迹，像是全新的。另外买的70-300mm ref很干净，跟新的差不多。
C+ ref东西的质量看来得靠点运气.之前也有人吐槽买的ref lens里面有灰。
跟canon打了电话，电池他会ship一个新的来，镜头要ship去service部门清灰。

count来说事是很不妥的.

2. 内存管理策略有很多种,GC(包括ref count)只是最无脑的一种. 其他的策略往往是
根据具体模型的特点, 在适当的时候高效地申请和释放内存. 内存池就是典型的例子.
java直接rule out这种可能性.

最独特的东西其实是auto ref counting.
Ref counting其实cpython/cruby这些解释器都有用，但像swift这样追求高性能的语言
还是第一个吧。ref counting应该是以cpu换内存，特点是low latency low
throughput,在移动终端比较适合，桌面就没啥优势了，服务器端就算绊脚石了吧 |
