以不发出RFE，而直接拒绝该案。此后我们发现有很多拒绝的案件中，移民局只要发出RFE
，申请人必可提出适当的资料便回应申请的要求。此后因为问题太多，移民局便撤回该不
再发出RFE的政策(Yates memo) 。
在这个当中，我们也收到一个直接的拒绝，移民局拒绝的理由与事实相去甚远。因此我们
与客人讨论过后马上提出上诉。但是为了避免与移民局产生直接的冲突，我主张不要提出
后来的Yates memo，否则会让移民官反感认为我们指责他不按法律行事。同时我们安排在
上诉当中应以Motion to Re-open与Motion to Reconsider为原则。原因是Motion当中，
我们可以要求该中心负责此一类型案件的主管，有新的机会再次审阅该案的内容。有的时
候若是有其合理处，该主管会从新的审理，也就是“Re-open” 。一般来说只要该主管愿
意批准该申请，也就是推翻之前的否决。他们会送出一个”Re-open notice” 。接著批
准的通知也会马上寄到。如果该主管不愿做出任何决定，他们就会把案件送到移民 |

sapphire选一张，就选了sapphire。收到mail来的据信后，觉得不能浪费一个hard
pull，又打电话说好话，结果还真被我说动了，听语气打算给我了，说再看一下资料，
结果回来后说，一周内已经给我开了两张chase的卡，30天内不会再批准了。。没办法
，只能几个月后再申了。
被拒没关系，过几个月又是一条好汉

今天打电话给chase reconsider，我告诉她experian有详细记录（他们查的transunion，貌似我
就只有experian比较全），很nice的rep直接就给批了。
然后接着就受到了citi divendend悲剧的消息。打电话过去要他reconsider，他说他们
查的equifax，记录很少。
那有没有必要要他们再pull一下experian，然后reconsider？有人说citi reconsider成功很少，
如果要再pull的话我不知道值得否？
来美一年，最近pull了fia amex，chase freedom都成功了。有没有必要再pull一下
ciit的这样，主要不知道用处大不大，貌似他也有5%的quarterly shopping，尽管我shopping的
也不多？反正打算接下来就安心养卡了。

"关于chase的后门电话大家都知道了吧 Chase: 888-270-2127 Chase: 888-245-
0625，但是这里说几点大家可能不知道的
第一， 后门电话可以多次使用，有好几个朋友连续打了四次后门电话才通过的，可以
分早晚等不同时间打，因为不同时间碰到阿三和白人的概率不一样，换个好点的客服就
让你过来，所以只要没通过你可以多次尝试，至于最大数目目前还不清楚，欢迎试过的
来汇报
第二，关于special consideration的误解，一直以来大家都以为需要存一万，实际并
非如此，一个月前有个朋友存款只有不到$4000, bank也帮忙办理了special
consideration，当时该人没有信用卡，chase开户四个月，所以只要你跟chase有业务
往来，找个好点的banker就可以帮你办理的，一个不行就换一个再试试
第三，柜台也可以申请reconsider，拿着拒信去找banker就行了，有个朋友打电话悲剧
好多次就拿着拒信去柜台碰运气就通过了，关键还是在于多尝试

PD），2009年底批准。2009年4月申请EB1a,2010年1月RFE后被拒。 2012年1月排期到了
和lg一起基于NIW被批准的140递交I485，后来陆续收到EAD和AP。我本人没有申请EAD，
还用H1b。都是DIY。
今天收到cis的正式拒信了。原因让人气愤。说是根据USCIS的纪录，我的I140表在2010
年1月被拒了，所以我不具备递交485的资格。我把信录了一遍在下面，请大家给看看是
不是这个意思。
他们一个不负责任的错误，我们就又得打仗似地应对，人力物力财力。觉得挺委屈的，
运气怎么这么差。身体、工作、孩子的原因，本来就疲惫不堪了，结果这样少见的事情
还让我们遇见了。而且因为我DIY，现在都不知道该怎么办，是自己弄还是请律师，是
reopen还是reconsider还是appeal，有什么区别？肯请大家帮帮我给出出主意吧。先谢

写来纪念一下。再次重申心脏不好请止步。
2007年开始跟公司A谈办EB2。当年排期遥遥无期不像现在。谈了几个月还是给办了个
EB3。然后2007年后半年开始办PERM1。2008年六月顺利交了PERM1。由于当时经济差DOL
PERM的速度变慢。脱了快一年总算顺利批了。后来140也很顺利的过了。
等排期等了两年看到没什么希望加上老婆不是中国出生就跳了ICC让他们给马上办EB2。
到了ICC没多久就开始办EB2。当时2011年初心里挺美心想ROWEB2没排期抗战应该1年内
结束。好吧刚开始办又碰上DOL被H2B告上了法庭所以停止了PWD的处理。此次事件在http://www.immigrationlawgroup.net/dol_pwd有记载。折腾了半年PERM2也打不了广告。律师最后扛不住大家抱怨就在等PWD期间开始了打广告好节省一些时间... 阅读全帖 |

我申sapphire和chase只隔了不到一周 也拿到了 本来UA recon后也有意思给的 说30天
内不能批准超过两张卡 最后没给
你看看另外两张chase的卡是不是最近一个月内拿到的 是的话就没可能了
前两天跳了350的Freedom offer，没有instant approve
申完想起来上个月才申了蓝宝石（approved），之间只隔了20天（申之前记错时间了，
郁闷）
这种情况还有必要打电话要求reconsider吗？
如果要求reconsider的话怎么说呢？
信用记录3年半，手上目前有两张chase，一张citi+一张烂卡。

不是炫耀贴啦 申了太多卡 也被拒过 太多hard pull 一直想踏实半年可是总是忍不住
唉
12年8月 第一张信用卡是Citi Forward当时没有ssn 但是因为checking saving都在
citi所以去branch时候banker主动建议的申卡 填了表专门for international student
两三周后email approved 再过一周拿了卡 非常顺利 CL1000 没有ssn没有pull..
12年9月 拿到ssn立刻申请discover student顺利通过了 CL500
13年1月 Citi online申请CLI秒拒 而且走了hp..没经验.后悔. 但是几天后接到电话
提高到了 2500 所以还凑合吧..
13年2月 打电话Discover申请CLI 因为不到6个月所以被拒.. 但是过几天收到邮件说提
高到了650..Discover这也太抠门了.不过没有hard pull所以多点儿是点儿
13年年初 手欠申了US bank 和citi dividend都被拒了..而且Citi reconsider要写信.... 阅读全帖 |

，我听到都差点晕菜。问题一你附近有什么highway？问题二你所在的地方belong to
what county？问题三，你附近有什么学校。
对于这三个所谓的安全问题，我不是很清楚。对方说不能让我通过下一步。然后我说我
去google一下，5分钟以后再打，对方说可以。
google了一下，再打过去，这一次竟然没有问这些问题就直接转到下一步reconsider。
（我晕）。在reconsider中，问了一些工作、收入，你有多少信用账户，为什么信用历
史这么短的问题。然后没有多久就通过，不过只有1500cl。
O(∩_∩)O哈哈~，不过怎么样都好，最后通过就好，不然浪费一个hard。

我打了电话过去要求reconsider。在网上看到说reconsider有可能会重新pull，如果重
新pull，客服会提醒。但是我打电话时客服并未提到要重新full。而且我是同一天申请
，同一天打电话。如果同一天申请两张卡，系统的两次pull能合并的话，那么假如同一
天客服再pull会和系统自动pull有什么不一样吗，我觉得也应该合并吧。 |

reconsider和appeal大概得花多少时间呢？
h1b第三年了，这么一折腾，audit的结果得明年才出来，万一被拒了，reconsider和
appeal如果还得等很长时间，那么我就得考虑是不是得换工作了，毕竟不能等到h1b最

我怒了，不是怒在Jimmy Kimmel的事，而是怒在 ABC 对 11/9 大游行不理不睬。我们
要全方位抵制Disney，和ABC 坚决死啃到底。我们对事不对人，坚决要ABC通过解雇
Jimmy Kimmel的方式来表示他们真正的歉意。
华人要自信，和你有关的言论，是不是冒犯你是由你来定义，而不是其他人。只要你认
为这言论不妥，那就是不妥，根本不需要咨询别人的意见。在美国，如果你能纠结足够
多的人支持，那么这就能成为法则。
现在事情扩大了，不管你之前如何观点，只要你皮肤是黄色，就必须站出来支持。否则
以后媒体就认为黄种人的游行都是可以忽略的，安慰几句就行，不需要采取实际行动。
对其他族裔来说，所有的亚裔都长了一样，根本分不清华人，日本人，韩国人，还是来
自南亚诸国。如果这事不了了之，其他族裔只知道黄种人的抗议好忽悠。
