Notice 2011-88讲的是 paypal 等机构要等到2013年才可以对没有提供税号的payee扣掉

Notice 2011-88讲的是对于paypal，如果2011年发给IRS的1099k上有什么错误的话，没
有惩罚。

帮人收点货，让收货的直接bill pay，用的HSBC Premier。银行一个多星期以前就
processed了，钱却一直没到，直到上星期五才发现居然用的是corporate check。。。
。银行的解释是他们基于实际情况选的方式。
然后星期一（3/21）银行说支票已经cash了，但是出货的还是没看到钱，反正用了多少
S和F words就不说了。中午我又看了一遍才发现，卡号居然少了2位。。。。天知道
citi cards怎么就给cash了。。。反正一个星期以前我也先补写了支票了，对方也存了。
现在的情况是，我补写的支票对方已经存了而且clear了，但是HSBC付到Citi的钱也在
citi那里了，就是没找到payee。
出货方的意思是，看我能不能让hsbc停掉那张已经cash了的支票，相当于就是只收了我
这份
personal check。

大家办TA RA工资之前，都是要查SSN等的呀，其实就是这一步。我查了一下，non-
immigrant 一般都不能接受reimbursement payment，除了B1商务，还是有条件的有次
数限制。
当然真要是给offer,这个也是小问题。只不过我有过trouble经历，建议大家能让公司

听说买车时需要签的东西很多。paper work都要做2个小时，我们很快就要面临这个问
题了。
担心英文不好会吃亏，想提前了解下有哪些文件需要一一签名？有没有地方可以下载到
这些文件先看看？
另外如果用支票支付车款，“pay tp the order of”和“payee”两处是否应该写该经
销商的店名么？支票上的“Date”必须写签约当天的时间么？可不可以写签约之后的某
一天？

bank check一般要写明payee，所以如果是给你自己的话，是可以关帐号走人，到新地
方存的。
一般要你的photo ID和你的签字，和你开户时的文件相同。一般要十到二十分钟。
如果是丢了，可以到原银行挂失。但是很难把钱拿回来。你可能要到银行去问人家这个。 |

个po box，我是不是就在BOA的这项上填这个po box？但我注意到他们寄来的支票本的
封面上他们公司的地址跟印在支票上的这个po box不一样，我应该填支票上的吧？

prograssive的agent是新手或者是没有找对人。你可以把prograssive的联系方式给你
的loan agent，让他们帮你弄一下，你没有必要自己弄。
2&3 里面，应该是inspection report被提交给银行了，这个东西没必要给银行，银行
审核贷款不需要看inspection report，但是如果给他看到了，只要上面提到的房子的
hazard方面影响居住的内容，银行都会要求修好，很麻烦，以后注意不要交这个。但是
既然已经发生了，那就按照银行的要求一项项修吧，可以跟卖家解释一下详细的情况，
让他们先grant access，自己出钱修了以后再让卖家credit给你。 |

问题是我downpay了30%，再加上已经付了几年了，Bank现在最多只有60%的房子

因为阀门漏水弄坏了地板/天花板。保险公司结束估值后会发给支票。
比如说，估值损失4500，去掉折旧贬值500，去掉deductible 1000，还有3000刀会发支
票，
那么是需要
1，修理完毕后再次报销，多退少补呢，还是，
2，不需要报销（除非还存在没有预料到的损失需要计入），自己爱咋修咋修？
如果需要再次报销，那肯定找贵的，比如修个7000块。如果不需要再次报销核算，那就
找便宜的，比如修个3000块，自己的deductible都不用花了。
另外，有两段话，理解得不是很透彻，
1.“Your policy includes a time limit of 365 days to complete repairs or to
replace the item and submit receipts for recovery of the depreciation" 是指
及时修好并递交发票的话，连折旧部分500块也会退还给我?
