comfortably hard tempo run at 7:25/mile pace. 跑得感觉很strong，而且昨天我们
这下了今年的第一场雪，虽然不大，早上跑步的时候，trail上很多地方还是覆盖了一
层薄雪，在有积雪的trail上跑，心情格外好，尤其是新雪。看大家都在写总结，我也
心血来潮，总结一把。
不过把这个标题放在跑版，对于我来说其实有点大了，至少目前我还算不上一个真正的
runner，跑的实在太少，本来想算了，但从另一个角度想想，总看别人的故事，自己不
分享一下，总觉得欠点啥，呵呵，给自己BSO（如果有人这么认为）找点理由。
我的起始情况跟老铁相似，有多年（七年）cycling积累的endurance base，所以从一
开始跑，就能感觉到跟一般人比优势还是挺大的。我从今年8月底开跑，到今天为止总
共19跑，差不多每个星期一跑，偶尔两跑。
头两跑，5mile多点，pace在8:45/mile，第一跑过后，我在这贴过，虽然pace感觉很
