这里是申请的时段记录和部分细节
１） ＥＢ１和ＮＩＷ先后由律师递交
a）递交之后三个月收到了ＥＢ１的ＮＯＩＤ通知，从没听说过ＮＯＩＤ一词，上网查
找，来到其它站和本版开始学习，长进主要来自本版。当时ＮＩＷ仍然没有消息。
b）两周多时间准备好了ＮＯＩＤ的回复，多找了几封推荐信，把自己的贡献结合引用
情况做了具体的罗列与阐释。该过程中律师做了些基本的格式处理。收到ＮＯＩＤ回复
后周围都建议换律师，但没有好意思，就没有换，而且通过分析意识到是自己之前没有
准备，很多事情需要申请人自己用心。ＮＯＩＤ在规定日期之前寄出收到。
c）ＥＢ１的ＮＯＩＤ回复信之后过了几个月没有消息，于是随它去。有一天，律师通
知，ＮＩＷ和ＥＢ１相继批准。
ＩＩ－开始准备体检和Ｉ－４８５的申请
a）主副分开递交。因为副申请人怕把律师搞糊涂，觉得俩人性别相同背景类似，一堆

instruction - 滴进耳朵，然后揉，再用干净的棉球擦干。不建议用棉签，容易损坏耳
膜，尤其是对新手加上狗狗不停地动。
一般没感染的耳朵是不臭的，你如果都明显地闻到味儿了，要看一看是否感染。如果是

R7的cleaner给他用，已经好很多了，不摇耳朵了，可是还是能擦出褐色的东西来。
今天去petsmart的Banfield看了vet，人家说要做个显微镜测试，看是细菌还是yeast引
起的，再对
症下药。结果一下就给我开出$188刀的账单来。包括$23的GlenHaven C1/O Otic ear
cleaner。我觉得这个没有必要从他那儿买，就没有要。回来发现这个东西是banfield
专有的，其他
地方还真的买不到。请问大家有什么推荐的，好用又可以自己买到的ear cleaner呢？
另外再问个问题。我看网上有人说给狗狗喂酸奶可以抑制yeast引起的ear infection。版上有没有
人试过呢？

关于chew toy, 每只狗可能喜欢/适合的不一样，可以kong啊，tuffy啊，nylabone(for
puppy)什么的都试试。
关于食物，一般说法是wheat和corn不好。不含这两种成分的牌子有Blue buffalo,
wellness, innova， California natural。。。。 等等。你可以去Petsmart，Petco
， 或者在网上查查你家附近有没有小店。
关于clean year。我的兽医的说法是不要擦洗太勤，以免破坏它自然的平衡。一般狗（
即使是我家这种耳朵毛超长的）如果耳朵没有发炎的话，还是很不容易脏的，2-4个星
期擦一次就可以了（用温和的液体，我是用棉球蘸ope-otic）。建议你一直保持每隔两三天看看他耳朵，如果不脏，几个星期擦一次就可以了。如果棕色的东西build up比较快，就擦勤点
。如果很脏还有臭味，可能就是发炎了，得看vet。
她到底是什么breed呗?

If it's yeast infection, vet will give your cat some cleaning fluid (such as Epi
-Otic) and Tresaderm for the treatment.

都可能有虱子）。猫先放在浴室里。她用的毛巾毯子要勤洗。
用 pet shampoo 洗猫。然后去看vet. 以前我记得医生给开了
advantage multi.
耳朵里有黑黑的东西,有两种可能：ear mite or yeast.
你要看vet才知道（医生会取样检验）。如果是yeast，医生
可能会给她开tresaderm(治疗用）和Epi-Otic(清洁耳朵)。
shelter只付第一次常规体检的费用. 但是如果有病，诊断开药
的费用得你付。
我估计看虱子和耳朵检验加上药钱和预防针，可能是总共两百
左右。
既然是你的娃，迟早要花钱，你舍得她在shelter里受苦吗？
虱子会传染疾病，要早早治疗。至于FeLV FIV,shelter应该已经
查过了吧。只不过不知道打了预防针没有。shelter应该会给你这只猫
以前的record.你可以看一下有没有打那些预防针。没有的话，你可能
要出钱给她打针。如果她是indoor而且不接触外面的猫，FeLV的预防
针可以不用打。

yeast脏东西擦掉后，一般第二天或者过一段时间再擦不会再有明显的脏，但是会有一
点点颜色之类，耳朵会红，而且狗狗会觉得不舒服，总是甩耳朵。（mites的话，耳朵
好像也会红，这个记不得了。。bear小时候得的mites，vet说成年的狗得mites的较少
，我还开心来着，没想到还有顽固的yeast。。。）
正常的耳朵应该是没有什么味道的（除非沾水了，有味道）
ps，这些是个人经验哈。。可能每个狗具体情况不同。。

下面那个Zymox Otic 是我刚买的，看评论说治疗yeast非常有效。。打算试试。。。 |
