你说的这个似乎比较接近正宗的温泉蛋。
刚搜了下温泉蛋，发现的确不是开水煮的，而是热水泡出来的，蛋白没完全凝固，蛋黄
看起来像uncooked，实际上已经是firm。
实际操作起来的话，主要是温度控制比较麻烦（70°C or 158F，30-40 min），再就是
蛋的质量要高。

竟国情和教育方式上有着一定文化上的差异
在知道这个节目开播之前并没有太大兴趣 意外的看到某网站的新闻说之前举行的
记者看片会 说王诗龄必火什么的之类 爆出一些很有料的台词才选择来看
说实话更多的是细节的地方被打动
第一期开始的时候 在云端 配上简单的文字 是每个爸爸对于作为一个父亲的一句
话评论 给自己的一个定位以及初为人父的心理 说真的这点真的很打动我 或许是小时
候某种情感上缺失的原因 对于温暖的情感和亲情这种东西完全没有免疫力
说说让我觉得动人的几处吧
天天 说真的一开始我真的就没喜欢过这小孩儿 觉得有些少爷性子 对于他的喜欢
是从 张亮用馒头和西红柿做三明治 咬一口西红柿夹在馒头里的时候问他 你不嫌我脏
啊
不嫌 反正你就是我爸爸 天天想都没想就回答 这让我觉得温暖
