另一个角度来说, 9万以下的又是政府开支的巨额补贴.
然后非法移民又不强制买保险. 也就是说以前赖账的还是可以继续赖.
就是有了obamacare, 也没见医院的账单有所减少, 也就是说减少了那一部分赖账的,
最后只是肥了医院. 难怪男护士那么支持obamacare.
我们现在的保险自付800多/月, 但是比那个silver plan好太多了. 没去查gold plan多
少. 估计和老板补贴以后的价格就相当了.
这个obamacare看不到任何实质意义. 除了强迫一部分健康下中产去买保险.
现在纷纷盛传employers有意把保险推到obama market上去, 这就又是一刀. |

保险公司现在在 Obamacare 的市场赔钱，因为大量新入保的人都抓紧时间狂看医生，
而且有些人钻空子，付完头几个月的保费，看完病后就不再付保费，但保险公司仍然要
支付他付保费时期的医药费，这些账单远远超过那些人付的保费。保险公司指望健康的
，年轻的多参加保险计划，但年轻人拒绝当冤大头，宁愿付罚款，也不愿意付那一年保
险的冤枉钱。
保险公司赚不到钱，还赔钱，所以你现在看到很多保险公司不再参加 Obamacare。
自由派鼓吹的大家省钱，全民保险根本实现不了。新保的那一千多万人，不仅远远低于

Trump在竞选的时候从来没说过要彻底废除Obamacare。他一向是讲replace Obamacare
with something better。他反复说过要保持让保险公司不能排除pre－existing

现在是copay $35，deductible 一人$1000，oop一人$3000。
obamacare之前是copay $25，deductible 一人$400，oop一人$1500。
总之一句话就是obamacare之后花了更贵的自付premium，但coverage变差了好多。但我
一直以为是雇主没付更多的premium，导致转嫁到雇员身上，但今年拿到的W2的box
12DD的数额，才被深深的震撼到了，原来雇主承受的负担更重。相当于每个员工得多了
一年三四万的开销，上万的员工，这得多大一笔开销啊。我都怀疑是不是payroll把数

时，我一开始还觉得奇怪，难到雇主只需要他们一天工作五六个小时吗？难道没有更多
的活儿要做了吗？后来我突然意识到，其中的原因就是Obamacare，雇主要是让这些小
时工做够40个小时，就要给他们买医疗保险了。所以雇主可以雇两个小时工，每个人都
不够40小时，这样同样有人做工作，但是却不用付医疗保险。
可是这样对这些小时工来说，就是损失了很多挣钱的机会。如果可以一天没限制地工作
，他们一周完全可以工作60个小时，可是现在只能工作30个小时。也许有人说可以找两
个工作，但是两个工作需要的commute的成本和时间就增加了，而且两个工作的时间也
不一定能协调好。
所以Obamacare直接损害了很多穷人的利益，虽然医保便宜了，但是这些人挣钱也少了
，我觉得他们也许宁可多挣钱，自己不买保险，把钱留着用于其他花销，或者买一个很
基本的保险，把大部分钱留着用于其他花销。
总之，Obamacare就是早就证明行不通的政策了，其他有类似政策的国家都证明效率低

一家5口，男主人10万以下，要自己买保险。假设男女主人年龄都是40岁。
1.男主人是self employee拿1099的？否则如果拿W2,公司一般提供保险的吧。而且按照
OBAMACARE的规则，你本人必须买公司保险而不是到市场买OBAMACARE.而且企业的保险
是group plan，保险公司的价格会低很多。
2.如果收入10万以下，扣除5人的人头费大约2万，扣除IRA 1万，AGI肯定只有7万以下
。如果是self employee，还有数不清的抵扣费用，真正的AGI估计不会到60K吧。
3.以加州硅谷保费很高的地区为例，这种情况，我帮他算了一下：
1）如果AGI 60K, Silver plan 73 PPO ，每月premium 是680，政府补贴额是311刀，
自负部分是339刀。个人deductible 为1500，全家3000.
2）如果AGI 70K, Silver plan 70 PPO ，每月premium 是680，政府补贴额是211刀，

关于Obamacare，大多数人大多数时候是在玩意识形态和文字游戏，基本是cable news
上opinionated programs里学来的经济学和实时信息，这点不分左派右派或者自由派。

括家属，或者公司提供的保险超过了家庭收入的8%,那么配偶可以单独从obamacare的
market place去买保险。

但听说有很多人被这个premium的稻草压垮了。有人评论说以前只需要take care

1-21号，obamacare就要被废除了。那些现在被obamacare管的 1600万人，怎么办呢？

原来雇主帮着买保险的，但Obamacare要求你雇主的保险必须保什么什么项目，比如必
须保alternative medicine，包括灵气转移疗法、生了孩子的可以自己不付一分钱地不
限制次数地看哺乳顾问等等，有的雇主一看这有的就是骗钱的（比如灵气疗法），有的
乱来，就说我们不管保险了，你们自己去Obamacare买吧。就跟上面一个人说的Kohl‘s
的情况一样。 |
