之前的各个level的小银行,broker都是三,四,五道贩子 |

So she is asking me to send my current mortgate statement to take a look.

can get prime +/- .5% your floating rate is actually lower than most
mortgage. |

虽然今天没有达到14人的绝对多数支持,但是依然得到了多数减债commission member
的支持,说不定哪天通过哪个办法就通过了

j***b 发帖数: 5901 | 36 I don't think you really understand the picture. Interest rate will be high only if there is inflation. Without inflation, 两房 or not, bond return will be low, so there will be people willing to lend at low rate.
On the other hand, if there is inflation, house price will go up just like other prices.
Mortgate is an investment for the lender. So, mortgage rate will only be high if alternative investment return is high. |

大部分存款在CD里,APY 3.0%;有没有可能拿到低于3.0%的5/1 ARM?这样的话,我就
不用全部early withdraw CD的钱了,多借几万也行。

from retail bank (i.e. wellsFargo) or mortgage broker with nominal fee or
free.
You need a good mortgage broker or retail bank staff to help you. Eventually
if your loan is conforming one, most likely your loan principle will be
transferred/sale to Fannie Mae or Freddic Mac.
Each lender has its targeted market. |
