1. Bare Escentual SPF 15 Foundation: 优点是带防晒，成份天然，但也没觉得皮肤
用了后变好，也没变差就是了。
缺点是粉质较粗，会cake，效果不够自然。
2. Bare Escentual Mineral Veil: 优点是天然成分，轻薄，很自然。
缺点是不带防晒，几乎没有coverage.
3. Bare Escentual Eyebrow Powder: 还行，效果比不上Benefits的Brow Zings.
4. Makeup Forever HD Microfinish Powder: 很白，但是因为是setting powder, 效果和Mineral Veil很像，不同的是这个是matte finish,没什么光泽。
目前比较想买
3. Laura Mercier Mineral Powder SPF15: 感觉粉要比BE的细， 有用过JM们来说说。

题。
很多人爱用SAS enterprise miner来处理数据。
而我们公司的做法是不用miner，先写个scheduler把数据每天都duplicate到一个test
database上。然后在test database上写stored procedure, 把自己想要的数据写成
view的形式。到时候SAS直接去connect and query database上的view就可以了.
但是发现来面试的人以前似乎从来没有用我们这个办法来处理数据的，而我们也一直认
为用miner是loser的办法。
请问，有谁能解释一些用miner的好处，和basic procedure啊。给个链接也好啊。 |

都没有，曾经试过狂吃辣椒帮助他们发出来，最后留下的就是痘疤。。。sigh
后来看到youtube上有很多人赞everyday minerals，说什么比bare mineral便宜，而且
色号超全。到官网一看，发现确实白菜价啊，然后就先买了个kabuki刷子，然后免费试
用了一套粉底颜色。因为看了xteeener的视频，他说她用golden medium，我就挑了
goldenmedium一系列的试用品，没想到到手之后竟然发现olive fair更和肤色。两个的
颜色差的不是一点点。。。。囧啊。
现在用了一个多星期，晚上用cetaphil洗脸（大胆的连妆都不卸了。。。），皮肤竟然
一点问题都没有，太让我欣慰了。唯一的问题是我们这儿还是很冷很干，用这个稍显干
燥，然后觉得粉还不够细腻。所以最近打算入手一个粉底液，不过总的来说everyday
minerals在至痘性这方面做得是不错～ |

Getting Started with SASEnterprise Miner 7.1。
但是总是感觉心里没有底，觉得很浅。请问有知道的人，哪里有比较具体详细的书可以
介绍这个软件的用法，以及演示 或者习题呢。最好是针对新版本的，我看到一些书都
是针对EM5.1啥的，太老了。

It is a hassle to have that attached to your house and it will cause some
trouble for the loan (maybe more paperwork depending on lender). And you
have to disclose that to future buyers.
I saw many sellers release the mineral rights, but still a few want to
retain the mineral rights and usually those houses are not very easy to sell
. I am also in DFW area.

我有他们家的mineral foundation和眉笔，还有一个foiled eye套装，还有prime time
primer。
最近跳了一套他家的20色 the women of be collection 套装，挺值的
总体来讲他家的粉上色很好很均匀很好blend，但有个缺点就是非常不方便，你说你用
别的compact eye shadows，一个色盘什么的，盖子一打开，一目了然，颜色都在你面
前，用刷子取一点就能用，这个呢，每一个颜色都在一个小jar里面，隔着jar看颜色总
觉得很失真，你要一个一个把jar给打开，把粉末从小孔里弄出来一点，再用刷子沾一
点，每换一个颜色都要这么干，手上需要拿起放下拿起放下好多次，麻烦！
还有他家的颜色整体偏闪，有的颜色简直是闪得太厉害了，我那个20色的套装，虽然很
可爱，但闪得太不实用了，我会给退了。。。
他家的眉粉还是很赞的。。。。mineral foundation嘛，比较没有太多的感觉，就是妆
感不重，很轻薄吧 |

郁闷死了,马上就要close了,今天律师打电话来说银行不能给贷款了(commitment
letter 和 appraisal letter都已经拿到了),因为房子地下的mineral rights不归房主
,而是属于一个独立的公司,并且被lease给了一个gas company. 银行担心以后gas 的开
采会造成环境污染从而影响房子的value, 决定不再对这样的房子发放贷款. 这个房子
所在的小区都是同样的情况,并且有很多家之前都在从这家银行贷的款,但是到我这儿就
改规定了!
现在我的问题是,在应该换一家银行继续贷款呢(换一家应该能贷到)? 还是直接 back
out 了,好怕过几年要卖房子的时候卖不掉欧 (因为buyer也可能像我一样贷不到款! )
这个问题到底大不大阿? |
