我觉得这句话本身很好，但如果想refinement的话，似乎不需要是mental stability，
而是mental well-being。大多数的孩子和人需要担心的还不是稳定性问题，毕竟人之
初性本善，如果生在在正常环境、不受什么trauma的话，心理环境剧烈不稳定的状况可
能性不大。而mental well-being很难取得吗，似乎人类进化到今天，要取得一般程度
的mental well-being，好像也不难。过分纠结于mental well-being，而不去推动知识
技能的获得，似乎有些风险意识过强了。未见得中国人从小催促孩子读书、练体育、弹
琴画画，就把孩子拘束坏了。
对待自己也一样，如果努力去推动知识技能的获取，推动财务自由的获取，似乎在现实
世界里也不太会因为太辛苦就把自己逼迫得抑郁焦虑不稳定了吧。大多数人还没有那么
脆弱。
所以不能当成梅花桩练，是不是说经济基础决定上层建筑。还是老老实实推动知识技能
的获得，在这个过程中mental well-being也要兼顾到就可以了。

我真觉得知识与技能不那么重要。科技发展那么快，我们都担心Ai 取代了人的工作，
有些知识与技能，我们牺牲了自己，牺牲了孩子，确实没毛用。现在回想起来，高中学
的那些我到现在真的用不着。再说，当生存成为第一需要时，如果学习能力强，很快就
学会了。
我觉得一句话，for kids being a kid. 还是很重要的。
我对孩子一直秉持， 从教会学来的，贯穿孩子一生的，你好，谢谢，对不起。 你好，
教会孩子有礼貌，怎样阳光地和人打交道。谢谢，知道感恩，也让人知道你的感恩。对
不起，知道自己错了，伤害了别人，愿意改正。
孩子的路，自己会走。我们没有能力给孩子铺路，我们铺的路也不见得最好的路。但是
我们要培养孩子的生存能力，学习能力，抗压能力，爱人以及感受爱的能力。除此以外
，我觉得要相信孩子，放手让他们去追求去奋斗去承担。我们终究只能默默注视她们的

了，然后就失误，技术就发挥不出来了，就没然后了。
练习赛就不提了。打正式比赛的时候，真不知道是mental更重要还是skills更重要。
感觉skills（包括体能）就是硬件，mental就是软件。软件出问题，硬件性能也就发挥
不出来了。打正式比赛时的压力紧张，情绪波动，对技术影响真是大啊。到时候才知道
这心还是不够大啊。情绪波动后，就开始想，犹豫，然后就是经典的：you think, you
die!
这mental平时生活中也锻炼不了，练习赛毫无压力，只能到正式比赛中磨练。这也许就
是从网球中获得的第二大收获吧（第一是锻炼身体） |

这个“Herd Mentality”是从Chinook那里看到的，他的原帖里的意思我不大懂，但这
里说说我的一些体会。
6/1礼拜五大跌，那天国债利率也大跌。在此之前我在茶馆和chinook俱乐部都转过一篇
关于国债利率和股市的历史关系的帖子，里面提了两者息差扩大的历史数据。基于当时
股市的超卖和那篇数据凿凿的文章，我有了想捞底的直觉。6/1那天上午开盘走势不对
劲的时候我就想好了收盘捞底，果然当天一跌到底，我在盘后用40%的资金在43的价位
捞了TNA，这个交易都实时贴在了茶馆里。那时候的想法是，如果周一再跌，尾盘再60%

As we learned more and more teenagers and young adults experienced
depression and other mental illness.
I am trying to promote the awareness of mental health within the Chinese
Community in the Bay area.
The first mental health seminar will be given at the Cupertino Community
Hall on July 17 (Sat); the similar seminar will be also given in Fremont (
mid Aug) and Palo Alto (Sept 17) areas later this summer.

，这个就注定了珠珠上不了场。
珠珠的进攻即使在NBA级别也比较出色，当然这个出色不是说能见谁爆谁，而是说在平
均水平之上。及时他后来到了快船，已经是很憋屈了，都还有出色的进球能放到快船自
己的集锦里边--就是那种球队广告，放一串球队最近精彩镜头，然后号召大家买球票那
种。
熊猫应该是没见过珠珠刚出道时候的比赛，所以认为珠珠的身体素质非常一般甚至在
nba里边是差的。但如果看过珠珠96年奥运会的比赛，对这个问题不会有任何疑问。 珠
珠第一次出场好像是替补拿了15+10+5（帽）， 17岁小孩儿对老黑5帽。
至于珠珠为啥后来就没显示出来，跟珠珠自己的mental toughness不够也有关，说白了
就是后来整个人就蔫了。看他后来的状况，确实很难想象他出道的时候号称“追风少年
”，拿扣篮王盖帽王的。
他的遭遇，也算是可叹了。即使就有他这开路者，明明出来的时候都闹了好大个“pay
to play”的丑闻，前几年珠珠面临的是个什么情况，可以想象。倒霉，mental

一但没有进球马上就叫boring。又要change rules。
足球场上， 尤其是高手过招，身体技术是一方面，精神意志也是同等重要的。
只有3个换人，所以你受了小伤， 没体能了，必须要坚持。因为可能有更严重的情况要
用换人名额。
点球更是如此。一脚决定晋级还是回家，压力极大。心里犹豫，平时练的再好也没有用
。比如荷兰的2号。
球员的mental toughness难道不是我们应该欣赏的吗？
另外， 说句题外话。煤球王和老马，个人认为技术层次上差别不大，但煤球王还需要
证明自己的mental toughness。 |

发帖数: 1175 | 50 昨天晚上又替前公司球队去打baitl 3的court 1. 到了才发现队长用田忌赛马，给我配
了个实际水平3.0的队友，打算力保court 2, 3, 4.对方一个4.0 lefty，一个3.5，热
身时就感觉对方水平高一截。前五个games除了保住我的发球局，另外4个games我们都
吃了鸭蛋。1：4落后，想着没戏了。 第六局队友发球，0-30落后。然后对方高压我的
lob, 落点力度巨好，竟然被队友救了回来成winner. 接着我救了个几乎必死的drop
shot. 30-30. 对方好像一下子不会打球了。不仅连连回球出界， 还发球双误无数。第
一局我们居然在抢7时7-3搞定。 第二局我们输掉了。最后super tier break我们不可
思议的10:3赢了。赛后我们四个在那感叹网球简直就是个mental game. as long as
the levels are not too far apart, the games will be won by these who are
lucky to be mentally stronger at the moments. 回想 |
