对车况了如指掌,出了问题也非常容易诊断,而且非常省时间.而且从mechanic的角度考
虑,这是长期客户,做好了双赢,做不好不但客户没了还砸自己招牌,都会好好给你弄.
相反的,很多WSN会打一枪换一地方,以为自己捡了便宜其实是吃了大亏.首先,新找的人
不了解你车况,诊断时候无从下手,经常造成误诊,从而浪费修理费用(在美国都是试着修
,修不好也要付工钱的).然后,人家修车的心里想反正你就在我这修一次,又不是什么常
客,不需要好好给你弄,于是修好一个修坏一个的情况也不少见. |

2012年6月买的建于1996 年的房子。12年7月份刮大风，刚买的房子的siding被吹掉一
小块，保险公司说不到deductible，让自己修。自己还没有来得及找人修，忽然一天有
两个人找上门来说可以帮我们向保险公司file claim,说保险公司的adjustor 没有说实
话，有一些被吹坏的地方他没有向我们说。这两人说他们公司比较专业，可以向保险公
司argue，如果找不到matching的color，整个siding 都可以replace，如果保险公司不
批，不向我们收任何钱。我们就签了合同让他们来帮我们file claim。他们的老板Eric
