整作息时间。于是起床洗漱。
打开电视机和xbox360 kinect，用手势启动dance central2.选择昨晚没能冲金成功的"
club can't handle me" hard。连续跳5次左右，终于又一次有了分数上的突破。再跳3
次，出现金星。想继续提高成绩，以便在dance central2 leaderboard上冲冲排名。连
续跳了3次，次次金星，但是成绩不如上一次，遂放弃。
继续下一首"I like it".先全曲分解动作练习一次，然后马上开跳。一次就从原先的4
星上到5星。连续跳3次，成绩有所提高，但是好像离金星有距离。先放过，继续下一首
“massive attack".riptide的曲子都是街舞类型的，动作非常大，非常累。massive
attack的动作感觉有点crazy,不是以前意义上的柔美舞蹈。一次上到了5星，但是看成
绩离金星很远。
我本人擅长跳比较动作相对舒缓的舞曲，可能跟我的身体素质还是有关系。比如我跳

禁了飞机，因为利远大于弊，大家宁愿take the risk. 但有些东西还是被禁了或者严
格控制的，drug, prostitute不致命美国也花很多警力去禁。禁与不禁，应该balance
pros and cons，还有能不能有效去防范它的危害。枪是武器，它造成的伤害带着
intention to kill,单纯的enjoyment不能balance这么多massive shooting带来的伤害
，要防范又很难，除了学校，还有mall,电影院，任何人多的地方。如果不禁，就是说
willing to take the risk. 如果这种事很少发生，那也说得过去，专家说，it will
get worse,因为美国文化宣扬暴力，和蝙蝠侠里的小丑一样，有人觉得massive
shooting能让他们一夜成名。

2) Fifield getting lost despite only have to retrace his steps and being in

早上6点钟在床上做了半小时几个简单的瑜伽动作。6点半，实在想睡却睡不着，决定调
整作息时间。于是起床洗漱。
打开电视机和xbox360 kinect，用手势启动dance central2.选择昨晚没能冲金成功的"
club can't handle me" hard。连续跳5次左右，终于又一次有了分数上的突破。再跳3
次，出现金星。想继续提高成绩，以便在dance central2 leaderboard上冲冲排名。连
续跳了3次，次次金星，但是成绩不如上一次，遂放弃。
继续下一首"I like it".先全曲分解动作练习一次，然后马上开跳。一次就从原先的4
星上到5星。连续跳3次，成绩有所提高，但是好像离金星有距离。先放过，继续下一首
“massive attack".riptide的曲子都是街舞类型的，动作非常大，非常累。massive
attack的动作感觉有点crazy,不是以前意义上的柔美舞蹈。一次上到了5星，但是看成
绩离金星很远。

rsync -aurpq --delete data /backup/
备份数据，结果昨晚data源盘crash, i/o error, 以为备份还有，结果backup里面是空
的!难道rsync读不了data, 以为没东西，结果--delete这个switch就删了我所有的
backup!!!?????
现在重启， 显示 recovering journal data那个盘， 不知道能不能恢复， 因为现在
还一直在force check另外的盘。。。
如果上面的不正确，那正确的rsync命令应该是什么呀。。。
