今早和同学一起跑步的时候，看到他有时候会脚掌完全不着地的跑----整个过程有点像
弹簧似的往前弹动的意思。出于好奇我就也试了一下，感觉虽然不习惯而且觉得脚踝有
点难受，但是很有意思，而且似乎要少费力一点就可以跑的快一些。
刚刚在网上瞎看了下，这就是所谓的forefoot running么？这样子跑会不会很伤脚踝呀
？另外对小腿的肌肉呢？跟正常的姿势交替着跑？
PS. 那个。。。其实我是希望自己小腿强壮可以长跑但是肌肉块不要太明显的。。。
