好像比去年给力点呀，今年DZP等大三元都有了。
不过相比去年，85 1.8 的rebate 从100降到50，16－35的从300降到260
不过相比于前年,没有了24 1.4G， 35 1.4G，
不过鞋厂的好处是不用搬打印机，也不用寄UPC.

变色眼镜 = photochromic lenses
散光 = astigmatism
Don't think simple eyeglasses are that expensive. Cheap frame + regular
lenses <$200. Comprehensive eye exams $50-200. You can get prescription
from the optometrist first, and then shop around for lenses.
It is covered by a separate vision insurance policy. Generally you cannot
use regular health insurance for this. |

看到总是有人问题隐形眼镜在哪里配便宜的事情，说说我的经验
前前后后换了好几家保险公司，同时也换了好几家眼镜店，同时在网上也有买过。
大部分同学和从业人员都有保险，但保险可能只cover一部分，我也一样，所以就开始
找deal
对于第一次配隐形眼镜的人来说，开始的花费要多一些，但是rebate也会高一些，因为

发帖数: 211 | 13 I have been to Dr. Zhu's store. I think they have better prices than Costco since they are having a Grand opening sale right now. The Exam was $49, Frame was $1 and Lenses started from $80. The lenses are brand name from Carl Zeiss (Carl Zeiss is a Germany Company who makes the best lenses in the world, they design and manufacture a lot of lenses for cameras and satellites), so I spent total $130 and got everything . No insurance involved.

true. initial cost is about $1600. we've broken 3 or 4 lenses. replacement
goes about $150 per lens.
depending on the shape of the eyeballs, some kids are not good candidates of
hard contact lenses. one friend's child can not wear that, another friend'
s child gave up after a few week. the first eye doc said my child is not a
good candidate, but at the second doc, after a few pairs of lenses, my child
has been happy since |

transition lenses 唯一的缺点是现在车子的玻璃都已经 filter UV rays, 所以
transition lenses 在车内并不会变很黑.

I confess, I am not really happy with todays Olympus announcement. I
understand that there is a “marketing reason” why those lenses have to
exist. Maybe zoom lenses is what “normal” people buys when they go in
store. But we are still missing a Zuiko MFT lens we can be really proud of.
We have some good lenses like the 9-18mm, but no fast prime lens, no high-
quality and reasonable fast zoom, and only one pancake lens! And most of the
current lenses are copies of already existing Pan |

large: “The large lenses have optics that are usable, with minimal
modification, with SLT cameras. NEX-7 is a high quality photographic tool.

Lenses coming soon?
Received some information today that pointed to possible lens announcements in January, possibly on the 3rd.
This is plausible, because CES/PMA starts on January 10, 2012. This would also go in line with the staggered lens/body announcements we’ve seen in the past with pro bodies. The 1D Mark IV was announced in October, and the EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS II came at the beginning of the following January.

cons: lenses are heavy and bulky. So you haven't really solved the
weight problem - especially if you have 24-70mm f/2.8 or 70-200 f/2.8
nex6+ pros: sensor is bigger than m43. So potential better low light
performance.
cons: lens selection
m43 pros: lens selection. The IQ of some lenses on m43 are better than canon
L lenses on 7D.
cons: smaller sensor. Low light potential is not as good as nex6+ |

are rather slow lenses, they provide sharp images when stopped down and a
good bokeh.
Sonnar design lenses are faster than Tele-tessar, they provide very smooth
bokeh and are usually sharper than Tele-Tessar wide open
Planar design lenses are the fastest, sharp wide open, they provide the best
microcontrast and 3D, their bokeh can be "busy" especially with the
highlights. |

It was the famous photojournalist Robert Capa who once said "If your
photographs aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough.” He was talking
about getting in amongst the action. If you feel like your images aren’t ‘
popping’, take a step or two closer to your subject. Fill the frame with
your subject and see how much better your photo will look without so much
wasted space. The closer you are to the subject, the better you can see
their facial expressions too.
