lead test。我们的房子是split level，即使lower level也在地面以上，还有必要做
radon test吗？agent说反正我买的是foreclosure，如果有radon issue对方也不会fix
，所以可以以后再做。即使有radon过高的问题，也只用花个1000块钱就行了。不知道

话说这个radon吧，我遇到的人都跟我说radon跟某个specific house没太大关系，
跟整个地区关系倒是很大。如果你这片区域radon都偏高，你的房子也没跑的，如果你
要是想finish basement, 一定需要装一个aggressive的radon mitigation
system, $1000左右是可以搞定。

，就是得一直开着，比较讨厌。我最近刚测了一下地下室，4.2，准备再测一次，还在
考虑要不要装system，因为我们的地下室没有walkout，不准备住人，目前就是洗衣服
和放东西用。 |
