assigned leadership，比如北棒的金三，比如水版的abcxyz2046就是，这些人的
leadership通过生态系统的上层的指定获取领导权，assigned leadership普遍需要用
独裁来维持leadership.因为他们的leadership没有通过peer的认同。
emerging leadership是通过peer的认同而获取的，权利来自同一生态系统。这样的
leadership对本生态系统的管理可以不用独裁来达到。
这就是abcxyz2046没几下就倒台的原因。大凡assigned leader,以后办啥事都记得要夹
着尾巴，千万不要得罪太多的peer,因为你的权利不是你自身的自然延伸，是上层机构

的国家，也不应该有理由浪费。更何况发达国家的文明程度应该更高，对国民更应该进
行这种环境意识的教育。可惜的是，美国文化不崇尚节俭，国民的环境意识普遍和这个
发达国家的身份不相称。
2。leadership不等于lead。美国人强调leadership，不仅是对管理阶层，就是对普通
员工，leadership也是个人专业素质中被强调的一方面。美国人从小就教小孩子要有
leadership，其实这种理念是对的，因为每个人都不可能不和人合作，而只要是合作，
就需要leadership，这里的leadership有协调合作的意思。我这里说的是：美国人只过
渡强调了leadership而没有对work hard给予足够的认识和教育。使得很多美国人太注
意嘴皮上的功夫，浮夸之风比较盛行，屁大个事情都能滔滔不绝讲上半天，而真正着手
去做的人少。因为他们觉得会说比会做重要，有leadership比亲力亲为重要。

我以前的一个同事还真跟Obama在夏威夷做过小学同学。据他回忆，Obama是个略显成熟
的孩子。不知道为什么，如果全班在争执什么事情的时候，只要他一说，“Well, I
think...” 大家就会一起停下来，安静地听他说。对有些人，人格魅力是天生的，而
且很小的时候就显现出来了。

我认为Leadership在不同年龄段，不同工作环境中的具体要求是非常不一样的。比如小
的时候，从self－leadership开始，独立，自觉，自己做决定，错了吸取教训，然后
move on，做事不骄不躁，就很了不起了。之后的是peer leadership，比如老师喊“排
队了”，就召集大家排队，或者召集大家一起捣乱。如果有什么需要take risks in
front of peers的事情，自己先来，做不好也不怕别人笑话，自嘲一下就过去了。这些
都是leadership在不同年龄段的体现，但是跟popular不一定有直接关系。
有些孩子有leadership的技能或潜能，但是他们的心智成熟度超过了同龄人，所以暂时

同意。 其实小孩之间的这点儿事儿跟leadership扯不上关系。 是大人们在这里解读为
leadership － 中国人的所谓leadership，就是指手画脚指挥别人，因为普通百姓只见
到并羡慕领导们的这种趾高气扬了。中国的管理体制是对上负责，不需要对下负责，所
以“领导”们对上象孙子似的舔和受憋屈，百姓看不到。 百姓看到的，就是指手画脚
趾高气扬，所以就误以为指手画脚就是leadership了。所以，我认为要在中国社会里混
leadership， 首先要能舔，不嫌脏，承受常人所不能承受之没有尊严－－胯下之辱，
是leadership 101吧。
美国社会里说的leadership，最起码包括“勇于take more responsibility”， 也包
括empathy－－能清楚看到别人的emotional state。
象这种完全忽视对方（可能是很弱小）心理感受和承受能力的，离leadership是背道而

---TB的leadership是与众不同，所以才有那么多人愿意拿低薪跟着拿戒指。这10多年
来，可以看出差距来。论天赋，他不如龙哥，论后天的勤奋和自律，龙哥”远远“不如
他。所谓小鸡变凤凰，有小鸡的体系，他如鱼得水，才能成就今天。但是，如果没有他
的leadership，又没有天赋，怎么能够被小鸡看上呢？这差别在哪里？到了39岁越打越
好，这不是leadership是什么？
是的你有5个戒指，但不等于任何事情你都5倍好于别人。
---这个不能说5》1，就是5倍好于别人。这个你就给定量了。1个对5个的差距，10多年

我12年的时候申请过亚马逊，亚马逊的系统里有我的信息。这次的朋友refer是直接拿
着我的简历给了组里的recruiter，recruiter是match了我以前的档案给我面试，但档
案里的信息还是我以前的（包括工作经历什么的），这是我从面试官那里得到的信息，
因为面试当中发现面试官手上的还是我两年前的简历。
这次挂了以后我重新申请了一个账号，新的邮箱，简历内容里名字都是一样的。我觉得
亚马逊hiring manager肯定知道是重复账号，也许只是想再给我一次机会罢了。毕竟这
个公司招人如麻，放宽条件是很正常的。
关于leadership问题，其实就是BQ，只是亚麻管这个叫leadership。没有标准答案。
