完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印
出来，带去开会了。除了我present那天，我就在旅馆写这个了。完全是以April mm的
做模版。同时给几个人发要推荐信，我的两个老板的，是我自己写好，他们签名的，两
个独立推荐人是他们自己写的。这里也感谢他们很快的回复，现在一看，我3月24号完

材料/化学/电子方向，国内博士，博后2.5年，现美国20-30名大学博后。
40篇文章，一作10篇，全部英文，IF从2-40左右。一作IF>10的大概6篇左右，合作论文
中有2篇Nature子刊。论文大部分发表在Top 0.1-Top 1%的期刊上(based on total
citations)。在PL中99%的地方在讲第一作者的工作。我觉得讲合作的论文也是可以的
，但懒得去挖掘合作论文中的亮点了。好在第一作者的论文也有很多亮点。
引用：大概2000次左右。合作的论文中有几篇hot topic的文章，单篇引用好几个都在
300+。自己一作文章被引大概300次左右，有一篇100+。一作文章中有一篇被大牛写了
专门的2页highlight评价为“重大进展、重要突破、奇迹、这个领域革命性的成果。。

有同学说，那比如NSC0214之流不是只看客观证据而无视推荐信吗？我认为任何一个阿
姨哦都只看重（不止是看，而是看重）客观证据，所以他他要尽量读懂你那几百页的客
观材料是什么东西、分量几何。所谓无视推荐信是他不得不无视，概因推荐信无物，甚
至是毒药；否则，他巴不得去读。
如何写好推荐信是个永远也研究不完的课题。某不才，矢志琢磨之，与时俱进，希望能
跟上越来越严苛的审理标准。本拙帖讲主要和大伙探讨下推荐信写作中所谓地雷词的问
题。
