世界上报告的首例艾滋病患者就是一名美国男性同性恋者，目前美国73%的艾滋病病人
是同性恋或双性恋中的男子。中国发现的本土第一例因性接触感染艾滋病病毒的病人，
即是与多个男子有性关系的男人。
中国男同性恋者的艾滋病感染率约达1.35％。这一数字要比“男女性接触”的感染率高
出将近二十倍。
男性同性恋艾滋病感染率在中国艾滋病高危人群中居第二位，仅此于吸毒。为什么偏偏
是男性同性恋呢？
首先，男同性恋大多没有固定的性伴侣。“拥有多名性伴侣”往往是感染艾滋病或其他
性病的主要原因。
其次，男性同性性行为通常采取口交或肛交的方式，尤其是后者，大大加剧了男性同性
恋感染艾滋病的风险。直肠内的碱性环境很适宜于病毒的生存繁殖，而且肛肠的黏膜薄
而娇嫩，其下有丰富的毛细血管，发生性行为时极易引起破损出血，使病原体从肛门或
直肠的破损处侵入，直接进入血液。

提到乙肝，我有不得不说的故事。
10年前，我们大院有个小伙子医学院毕业，找到广州一家大型省级医院的工作，结果，
因为是乙肝病毒携带者，居然被医院拒绝了！惨啊。
那么，我做点好事情吧 --- 美国医院并不拒绝乙肝病毒携带者。
我不是开玩笑，这是真的。

infection.这个我太有经验了，今年都得三次了。一月底第一次，没有经验，再加上姐
姐告诉我宫颈糜烂的初期症状就是白带增多，吓坏了。跑到校医院看医生，化验后，说是yeast
infection,常见妇科病，75% 的女性一生中至少得一次这个病，这里面又有约45%会复
发。其实就是生殖道菌群失调。引起的原因有免疫能力降低，激素水平改变，体内糖原
过多，穿过紧或是化纤的小裤裤，服用抗生素，缺乏睡眠（会使体内堆积过
多的糖原）都会引起yeast infection.还有（以下文字，未婚者以及未满18岁者不宜，
请自觉闭上眼睛或是跳开）:男性的“那里”也会出现yeast infection感染，但是因为
小jj处比“秘密花园”相对干燥，所以一般不显示症状，但是可以通过“爱爱”传给LP
。所以，一旦发生yeast infection， 夫妻两人都要重视，两人可能需要同时治疗，两
