节撞击综合症(Hip Impingement symptom)，并在当年做了左侧手术，2011年又做了右
侧手术。现在她总有疼的感觉。她听说是美国最先确定这种病的，并有治疗手段。求问
：美国这方面权威的医院和医生，如有哪位知道这方面的信息，请告知！

医学术语的前后缀通常都是拉丁和希腊语，pathy这个拉丁语后缀在医学术语中很常见
，就是病，病理，病症。例如cardiopath,endocrinopath,dermopath.....

(我觉得你拼错了，好像是patellofemoral, patella是膝盖骨，femoral大腿骨）的疼
痛综合症）
诊断:
Bursitis黏膜囊炎症(Bursa－黏膜囊（膝盖关节之间起润滑作用的液体）, －itis拉丁

这个不一定，主要还是看bolt的设计和加工，AK和SIG 55x bolt的bolt lug数量少个头
大，非常皮实,另外用piston的枪bolt受高温影响不如direct impingement大。bolt
lug的几何外形可以决定受力时间长度和集中程度，一些稍加改进过的AR bolt，如
Leitner Wise bolt，还有Superbolt可以使bolt lug吃力更均衡而延长使用寿命。
想当初piston AR一窝蜂的时候我也想过要来条piston AR，但是多年来piston AR在我
心目中的感觉是越来越差，HK416也不能改变这点(不过我喜欢HK416的firing pin
safety)。如果要short/long stroke gas piston长枪，应该考虑从一开始就是以gas
piston为工作方式而设计的枪。 |
