at GS according to my first hand experience.
what I said was fact, not opinion. though it was a few years ago, don't think the meaning changed in the firm.
at GS, flow is used to characterize the desks on the public side. props are
never thought as flow. Neither are exotics nor structured.
flow vs none-flow has real meaning in a strat's day to day work.

the freely decaying flow. If the nonlinear inertial force is set to be zero
then the velocity divergence (sum |k dot u_k|, where u_k is velocity in
spectral space) is zero; but if the inertial force (or Re) increases then
the divergence (sum |k dot u_k|) increases. Then I calculated the flow
driven by a prescribed forcing and the divergence is zero.

order flow as you said. likewise the exotics desks falls into "structured
flow".
So it is more understood as "flow" vs "prop", rather than "flow (listed
products)" vs "exotics". It refers to non-prop trading, sort of a market
maker for larger orders and OTC's.

equity holder + credit holder一起的，你看看一般cash flow model都是用WACC做
discount. 不过你不要和那个free cash flow to the firm 和free cash flow to the
equity搞错就行了
2. 我也一直记得interest 应该是cash flow from financing, 除非上次改GAAP的时候
改了。不过这个基本的东西我觉得不太可能改，多半是你自己记错了。这东西要是改了

restriction，说可能might be nothing，但是需要之后每四周检测一次，我回来在网
上查了一下，blood flow不够的话，baby可能会偏小，或者需要早产之类的。但是这个
医生也没有告诉我restriction的程度，网上看有个数值的，大于这个就不好，我也不

options作为compensation package的一部分。算earning的时候，这部分成本已经算在
里头了。但是算cash flow的时候，这部分成本并没有刨出去。所以，算出来的FCF是包
括一部分卖股票的钱，并不能反映企业的真实运营状况。所以，要么看earning，要么
看修正过的FCF.欢迎讨论，

那么flow也是整数解（更准确地说是flow里面存在整数解，当然也可能存在非整数的）。
如果用传统的network flow算法一般可以找到整数的。
一般的lp solver好像没有保证能够给出整数解的吧。 |

我最近在用flow检测一种膜蛋白的表达。对于这种蛋白，现有的用于flow的抗体都是
recognize c－terminal的，所以只能做intracellular flow。我的基本步骤是分离细
胞后，加Fc block，fix，permeablize，0.5% BSA block buffer,然后分别染一抗和二
抗，只有single color。
现在遇到的问题是，这种蛋白在treatment之前，不仅在细胞表面有表达，也存在于
intracellular vesicles里，所以不知道permeablize之后会不会检测到的量不仅仅是
表面的表达量。具体应该怎么做才能够保证我仅仅检测到cell surface的量呢？或者除
了flow之外还有其他的方法更适合解决这个问题？

育细胞不同时间和经过不同处理后，看哪种条件下细胞吞进去的多。细胞是贴壁生长的
，荧光孵育后我用Trypsin处理，冲洗多次，以确保没有会影响结果的荧光颗粒残留，
再去上Flow Cytometry。
以前没接触过Flow Cytometry。今天去了core facility，结果对方直接否定了我的方
案，说不够精确，要用更复杂的，又要染细胞膜，又要染细胞核，还要用indicator区
分到底是胞内还是胞外的，还要一个一个titration试。
我深深钦佩对方工作认真负责的态度，今天我也长了很多知识，理解到Flow Cytometry
是一门博大可深刻挖掘的技术。但无奈老板push，要求我这篇文章在一个月内投出去，
实在不行就去掉Flow Cytometry的部分。但我觉得有了还是加分的。
想听听大家的看法？ |

I used to overpaid citi $11000 and they sent me a check to deposit. This is
count as my cash flow. But IRS won't know that since my bank(Wachovia) saved
it as $9999+1001 in two days even I deposit in one check.
I don't think you will have problem unless you have 50k every day on average.
Bill pay should not be counted as cash flow that is why a lot people like it
. Otherwise why I choose bill pay instead of checking. |

Pages and pages of XML are needed when you go with Spring Web Flow
regardless
which framework you integrate with. With wicket, you define an html template
for every page, and you keep all the complexity inside java code, which we
always feel most comfortable.
Spring web flow is where you write code logic inside xml, no matter how
smart
your plugin is, it can't beat plain old java code.

tissue的细胞分布，看着很简单，想试一下。
我的问题就是：我准备样品的时候，需要control/treated的动物的tissue一样重或者
100%取下来，最后的结果control/treated才可以比较吗？
flow cytometry最后的那个结果,反映的是某种polulation的cell的分布百分比,这个概
念对吗？我们每次杀动物的时候，那个tissue都很100%难取下来，每只动物都只能取下
一部分。

，IP后用WB检查具有更高的sensitivity，并且很多非特异作用的蛋白，可以通过分子
量大小与目标蛋白区别开，而这些非特异的background，在flow染色和检测中仍然存在
。我建议你可以考虑尝试类似于ELISA的检测方法。 |

1. 这里的cf是股东和债权人总共的cf，对吗？
2. interest expense不是可以抵税吗？这里为什么只考虑depreciation的抵税效应？是假定债
权人也要缴纳税金，并且税率和公司税率一样？ |
