发帖数: 479 | 1 昨天房子offer接受了，今天雇人给这个11年新的SFH做了inspection，
总体感觉还可以，有几个问题请大家给看看。
1. 地下室是finsihed的，但没有permit，也没有通风及空调/暖气等，感觉
做的不是很标准。请问需要要求seller去town办个permit吗？觉得虽然会
有可能引起多交税，但担心以后卖房的时候buyer会要求permit，而且听说
没有permit可能会有penalty，也有可能出问题后insurance公司会不管。
还有，一个finsihed的basement，大体会导致多交多少税？
2. heating是用oil，用的是室内的空气。由于basement只有两个小窗口，
而且finish了，在basement感觉空气很堵塞。inspector说建议问一下
oil 公司这种用室内空气的burner是不是不安全，建议改成用室外空气
的那种burner，或者开个通气孔等，没有很理解，但是觉得basement通气
是个问题，不知道怎么能解决。是不是把basement的窗户打开会好些？
3. 地下室的buckhead出口附近很低，所以外面的雨水渗进来了，出 |

and the stain will just disappear.
finished leather is not bonded. the difference of finished and aniline is
just like stain and paint on wood.
when a batch of hides are sent to a tannery, the best hides (<5%) are
selected for aniline dyed. another majority that are less desirable, more
markings, scars, color inconsistent etc. were for finished leather.

I don't think the length of the conversation matters too much, the quality

麻烦大了，泡沫会溢得哪哪都是。
一定要用洗碗机专用的洗碗液/粉。
如果急等用就去walmart买，一瓶可以用很久，3-4刀吧。
赶上有deal的时候就多囤些。
electrasol finsih经常有deal，能买到免费的，它家经常出2.50胖子。 |

elementary school in Australia so that we can choose an appropirate date to
move there.
Also, we may choose to live close to UNSW. How about the school district in
that area?

把球随便一传，PP,RA就进三分了。
要不KG就中投了，效率高的很，仔细注意一下，这帮人盛名之下，很有原因。
就连davis那么壮，都能在篮下经常的反手勾篮。
他到底多牛，也是需要湖人检验的。
KOBE到底多牛，也是需要健康的Boston检验的。当他把球传给gasol, bynum, odom，但
是队友不能象之前那么轻松的finsih的时候，才是检验球星的时候。
这方面，LBJ已经failed了。
现在的情况是，魔术的防守其实不是那么好。carter不能防住PP, lewis就是空气，进
攻的时候更是差，想想他被odom攻防暴的时候。 |

原因在后面，队友的finsih能力还不行。好多出手都是逼到24秒最后，不得不投。公牛

发帖数: 19737 | 27 上周发过贴子说要买把CCW用手枪， 本来想要买RUGER LCP 或 LCR（左轮）的， 最后
买了把TAURUS TCP。
先说RUGER LCR，左轮，有.38 SPL和.357 MAG版本, 因为是便携版所以没有HAMMER, 枪
管短于2寸. 第一印象就是太大, 夏天身上很难藏得下. 试了一下手, 枪身很轻, 扳机
很轻很顺手. 最后还是因为携带不便的原因放弃了.
第二把RUGER LCP（SS FINSIH）, 和LCR比起来做工显得粗糙, 像个玩具，没有空枪挂
机，而且TRIGGER PULL不是很顺手. 我个人的体会, 这么轻小的一把枪，TRIGGER PULL
太长也稍微重了一点. 而且RUGER有点抠门, 只配一个弹夹.
第三把TAURUS TCP, 就在LCP边上, 和LCP一样大小, 样子比LCP好看, 做工比LCP稍好一
点, 带两个弹夹, 有空仓挂机. 我花了一会点功夫做了对比, TCP比LCP的TRIGGER PULL
好得多.
可能是我看得有点久了,店小二说他有把USED TCP问我要不要, 只要200, 上一个OWNER
还自己放了个GRIP上去, 这样 |

有大团体的芝加哥，有自己偷偷跑的。
有BQ. 也有抽筋。
有天热，有perfect weather.
每个都有个故事，都是legend.

到了4.5的稳定性都很好，能finsih短球，基本不可能底线磨死。都靠上网finish。关
键是要有武器能逼出短球。
另外4.5对单反的削球要求很高。如果单反削球不过关4.5不容易打。 |

几年poker boom 时，鱼非常多，他打得也不错，说每年差不多赢1个million, 打了几
年觉得光打牌赚得还是不够多，就去加拿大作生意了，他好像是加拿大公民，但股市崩
盘，经济疲软，他的生意做得也不好，把以前Ｐｏｋｅｒ赢得血汗钱全输掉了， 又
回到vegas 打２－５ 和 ５－１０了。
我觉得没有生意经验的牌手去做生意，大多会失败。一个好的生意人到时很容易
成为一好牌手。我听说很多 Wall Street 的人都喜欢玩ｐｏｋｅｒ或 blackjack.
昨天看ｗｓｏｐ， facebook 的 ｖｐ 还在 main event finsih 101名
, 大概 8m 的第一名奖金对他也没太大吸引力，人家差不多是billionare, 过来打可
能主要是觉得是一种挑战吧。

弄个game room和一个健身房，加起来能接近3000就齐活了。直接住到娃上大学然后卖
