详问。当时他们主要是推销用yahoobb的光fiber看电视和录像，但是好像同时也在推销新
出来用yahoobb的光fiber上网和打电话（可以利用的服务和现在的yahoobb的adsl没有什
么不同，但是费用一个月只要3000多一点，单独住户都可以使用，集体住宅好像就要问住
宅管理处有没有进行yahoobb的光fiber的工事，如果已经完成工事，就可以申请）。本来
想要一份广告纸，不巧当时广告纸全部发完了，但是说yahoobb的homepage有介绍，刚才
看了一下yahoobb的homepage，发现有他们介绍的yahoobb的光fiber,但是价格和他们说的
不一样。可以肯定的是我当时绝对没有听错，我当时说了我现在的yahoobb的adsl加上交
给ntt的电话基本料一个月大约6000块，他说如果我可以使用光fiber一个月只要现在的一
半的钱，现在可以使用的服务还是全部可以使用，另外光fiber的速度比adsl要快很多。

如说波菜，芹菜，洋葱这些热量很低而fiber含量高所以我是以此为主的，通常是晚餐
我蔬菜吃的很多但从不计算在内。我晚饭一般都会吃的很饱，但第二天体重并未增加。
豆角等蔬菜本身的热量也比较高的，我就只是偶尔才吃，或者会比较认真的计算热量。
我没啥理论的东西，就是凭感觉，说的不对的地方大家补充。 |

called the ZX600B103 for $99.99. Its looks like a beautiful 60" tripod and
comes with a nice ballhead. For a carbon fiber tripod this sounds like a

最近一年来，fiber component公司股票都比较火，订单也很好，象oplink的订单据说
都已经排到夏天了。最好的是10G相关产品。
这个40G/100G如何啊？看见AT&T, Verizon在trial Juniper+FNSR/CSCO+OPXT的产品，
不少的测试公司也在推40G/100G相关产品，看上去挺热闹的，就是不知道，什么时候有
真的improvement. |

order to receive ultra-fast Internet service as well as an alternative to
cable and phone company-delivered TV services.
RST Fiber, a company based in Shelby N.C., plans to offer Internet service
to homes at gigabit speeds as well as ala carte TV services and super high
definition video in the Raleigh area within the next 60 days.
