so the distribution between capital and labor is actually a distribution
between previous labor and current labor. how should distribution happen
between the two:
the balance between previous labor's willingness to save and current labor's
willingness to pay for the usage of the saving generated by the previous
labor.

没有用那种drain tile，就是接roof gutter downspout水的drain pipe。本来计划是
要做那种gravel, filter fabirc,drain tile with holes的那种的，可挖开地基一看
，以前就没这么做，30多年了，地基还很好，因为我家在坡上，排水通畅，所以就来了
个simplified version的。
我记得，如果用gravel的话，也就是上下左右各6寸的样子，乘个长度就可以了，但外
面一定得包fabric，土的浸透能力还是很强的。
BTW，我的房子的当初的biulder挺不负责任的，估计是当时drain pipe不够了，有几段
drain tile混在pipe line里面了，但外面一点防护措施都没有，就是直接回添的土，
明显能看到土已经进到pipe里面了。我家一直有gutter的水不走downspout的问题，我
估计可能就是这些堵塞的pipe的问题，anyway,再下场雨就知道是不是问题已经解决了。 |

还有就是切断培养过敏源的地方，就是减少沾猫毛的地方，猫的口水也会挂在上面。比
如少用fabircs，如布料的沙发套，窗帘，地毯。。。记得你地毯换掉了，看来是好的。
我一个朋友的bf也过敏的相当严重，一见猫和兔子就鼻涕眼泪不停的流。 |
