(1) Mostly the culprit of 腌制食品 is high salt, which causes high blood
pressure. I wonder if salt can be bleached out by soaking it in water for
hours. My personal experience with corned beef is that it is not so salty if
prepared or cooked this way (with lots of water). I do not cook; so I do
not know whther preparation or cooking in this manner does the treat.
(2) The trouble is I never saw live 鳗鱼 or 鳝鱼 back in Taiwan.

正在学习怎么用小点的live eel钓striper呢。
而且这玩意还可以直接吃！真爽！
不过这玩意确实会咬人！LZ可要小心啊！上周末在海边和一老美一起钓striper，他的
拇指就是在穿eel的时候被咬了一口，咬的还挺厉害的，得帖胶布才止血！不过后来这
条eel上了条keeper。很不错！
放冰上会使eel calm很多，然后再下手。用抹布或者旧衣服裹上拿。 |

They are beautiful. It is hard for me to kill them.
so I decide to pet them for several days.

带相机拍照（见昨天发的帖子），以至于有人怀疑俺的Credit。好了，今天临时决定不去钓
Crappie了，还去那条小溪，看看还有没有American Eel。果然再获大American Eel一
条，因为超过了宾州的可以拿的Limit Size，不能带回（而且现在也不吃这个了，见昨
天的帖子），幸好，有备而来，带了相机，好不容易拍了张不算太扭曲的身形，今天有
图有真相！
待会吃了饭，再去打擂，看看Mizzle所说的小型包子铺是什么样的！呵呵，估计这冷门
鱼，今年都不一定有人能有超过这Size的。
今天钓Trout的经历，还算曲折刺激，吃完饭，另开一贴。 |

天气刚转晴，pond里的乌龟申着头出来透气
看来有鱼情
but,很郁闷的上来几条catfish
偶现在已经不稀饭你嘞
突然觉得猛烈的bite，停顿了一下，感觉它差不多挂上了，猛的set hook
收线，感觉很重，跟前几条bullhead的感觉截然不同
心想莫非是big catfish? LOL
拉上来一看是eel.
太恐怖了。。。长蛇一样的在地上扭曲。。。
我胆子小，不敢摘钩，照相后，索性剪断让它回去了
倒是一直想钓eel,没想到今天歪打正着。
回来的路上从手机上看到疯鲈师傅的大作，忍不住笑了一路。。
感叹一下，诗人都爱钓鱼，爱钓鱼的都是诗人。 |

让它存活很长时间。

不少新钓法，而且探明了不少离城很近的钓点。正在一一试来。
PI现在知道的人太多了，鱼情已经一年不如一年了，而且离我远了点，水流又急，我的
装备落后，远不能在那里施展拳脚。所以开发新的钓点是当务之急啊。争取啥时候你回
boston，带你去几个绝密好点！
你说的没错，eel不能放水里，否则很快就死了。有冰没水就行。
最近没钓过淡水了！你最近搞到啥了？
下次看见俺发照片，就是搞到striper keeper的时候。希望不会很久吧。嘿嘿！ |

用猪肉钓上来两条eel。不过只此一次，后来再也没有。
用猪肉钓上来过catfish
用蚯蚓钓过小bass（估计没有超过半磅的）
用鱿鱼钓过三只blue crab，还有一直大乌龟（放生了）
基本上，鱼口很少，有时候4、5个小时都没有鱼吃钩。
请教一下用什么真饵比较好？
另外，新泽西Rariton river里的鱼能吃吗？污染是否严重？
