Depend on which cleaning fluid you use. I have used both Rug doctor's
cleaning fluid and PineSol (which I highly recommend because it is much
cheaper), neither produce big smell. But that could be dependent on
different persons because some people are more sensitive. |

costs something like $2k, I guess.
ER is not the way to go. You should ask you doctor why he/she ordered the
CT (e.g. I had one last year, the doc said it was to rule out a very specific disease), and
1. If $$ is the concern, ask about cheaper alternatives;
2. If pain is the concern, ask about possible ways of symptom relief. It's
possible to do that without CT results.

"High grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HGSIL) encompassing moderate

According to the doctor, it's a sign of severe pre-cancer condition and she
asked me to schedule a colposcopically directed biopsy ASAP. It is also
very likely that a LEEP procedure need to follow after the biopsy.

不知道为什么 EVERGREEN 医院的 手术医生居然是OUT OF NETWORK. 急诊时，谁会 查
这个。 刚收到保险公司的 支付的 信。 保险好像支付了 35%， 剩下的70%左右，
被列在了 NOT COVERED/EXCEED BENEFIT 一览。 估计几天后 肯定 会受到 医生所在
公司的 账单。
问一下， 一般 保险公司，顶多 支付 50% 左右 医生 CHARGE 的 钱。 但是 对于，
OUT OF NETWROK 的 情况， 病人 难道 要支付 所有的 没有 COVER的 费用吗？
有人 有经验吗？ 是不是可以到时 ARGUE 的， 谢谢。 大家节日快乐。 |

1。我在网上找了几个学校好，看起来不很年轻的医生。可是约的时候都说不接受病人
了，这个我也理解一些。可是当时接电话的人把我的preference记了下来，我再打过去
的时候居然还说我的preference consistent。这个好奇怪呀。最后给我塞了个最不满
意的，最后看病的过程我也不满意。我的问题是，我能坚持要我中意的医生吗，当然如
果人家还收病人。
2。我现在可以换医生吗？同一个医院应该会有问题了吧，换其他医院的可以吗？ |

简单地说，general practice或者family medicine都是通科医生(generalist), 可以
看从婴儿到老人所有人。internal medicine偏专科(specialist)内科，主要看成人。
