, 所以就自己做了个简易的dip bar.
这个dip bar需要你有power rack或者squat cage.
1) 量一下你的power rack或者squat cage的两根safety pin之间的距离. 我的是4英尺.
2) 去Lowes买个1'x10的black iron pipe, 大概$20. 在lowes让工作人员给锯成两截 (
2个5英尺), 或者适合的长度.

3) black iron pipe外表不太干净, 而且还有些油. 可以买上一罐最便宜的spray
paint把两根bar喷一下, $.99.
用的时候就把两根bar直接放到safty pin上.

去拉上来 ，每次两点以上一长段dip也都带油（level不可能那么高），擦干净dip再来
还是这样，到底怎么才能争取读取level。（这汽车工业也是够烂的，这么个简单的玩
意不能做的更方便点吗）
我这个dip是上下一般粗的那种（只有2点那里twist了一点），不是下面头比较大的那

70万买到，我买的是76万。
第一个dip出来的时候，市场上有无穷无尽的好房子，随便你挑，价格极其便宜。当初
我想赌却不敢。到我买我自己的房子的时候，看到好的得等人家降价，漫长漫长的过程
，常常有个人跳出来就抢走了。
现在，我们周围基本就没有好房子了，好的都比去年价位高。你说便宜，就是等，就是
耐心。。。
同样，股市一样。浑水摸鱼，，， 前几年聪明敢赌的都发了一笔小财。你在这里守株
待兔，，，， 等死你也没有机会，就像我等股市崩溃。。。 |

例如说牛市二期的特征在高位反复震荡，那震荡的比较低的时候是不是double-dip呢？

dip了，反而容易讨论。

前比较保守没有建仓的机构要开始加仓。这种此消彼长的变化没有几周是无法完成的。
2. 成本来看，大批的短期short是在8刀，9刀以及10刀左右建的仓。所以这三个点肯定
都要走一趟的。所以最低的短期target也在10刀。
3. Kamakura Corporation预测的default 概率：当jcp6刀的时候大约是4%, 5刀的时候
大约是5%。我没去查他家具体的default模型。但从破产概率和股价的线性关系来推测
的话，当破产概率为0时，股价应该是10刀左右，ceteris paribus。
4. Sentiment的变化也是不可忽视的。10刀只是一个理性的最小值。当人们看到两位数
的股价时，就会对turnaround产生更大的信心，去买更多的股票。而且在5-10刀的过程
赚了钱的人回去四处炫耀，带动身边的朋友们去买，形成一种feedback loop。非理性
的短期股价target有10刀以上的嫌疑。

mm也好，庄也好，主力也好，其实都可以做两面的。但是他们基本是随着市场情绪走，
尽管他们影响市场情绪的能力很强。你们觉得现在市场情绪朝着慢牛方向培养容易，还
是朝着大熊方向培养容易？
