我觉的这句经文可以比较好的描述这种情况：

实验室需要做Northern，但之前没人做过。现在有500-1000bp的被Digoxigenin标记的
Anti-sense RNA探针。有Li-cor Odyssey的远红外检测的仪器。现在想找合适的试剂设
计一下怎么做，和大家讨论讨论。
方案1. 看了一下Roche的那个DIG NORTHERN STARTER KIT，最后用的是anti-
digoxigenin-AP。查了一下Odyssey的Fluorescent Reagent Compatibility，Odyssey
能检测NBT/BCIP，但是可能不能定量。
方案2. 抗体直接找一个Anti--digoxigenin-X，X能被Odyssey检测，比如IRdye，Alexa
680什么的。
方案3. 先找个一抗比如mouse/rabbit anti-Digoxigenin，然后用已有的二抗anti-
mouse/rabbit-IRdye680/800CW来检测，有点像Western blot。

在ninilchik挖蛏子是我们这次阿拉斯加之行玩的最开心的一天，会比较唐，不喜勿入
。。。哈哈。在阿拉斯加的前面几天都是到处走走看看，虽说美景如画，但是也有些审
美疲劳。虽然看到了不少动物，不过都没有特别意外的，而且也都隔的老远，心里总是
觉得差点啥。终于等到了挖蛏子这一天了，可以自己动手娱乐了，我们两都很激动。
前面提到过后半程的行程在定机票以后几乎完全改过，就是为了安排这挖蛏子的一天。
很早以前就听人说过在阿拉斯加挖蛏子，我们对这种事儿又特别有兴趣，所以一直都把
这一项目作为我们的必选项。不过后来定计划的时候稍嫌匆忙，而且最近翻得游记里面
都没有提到挖蛏子，所以当时就疏忽了。后来发现漏了这一项，再查日历，发现还能安
排上，就把后半程重新安排了一下。
说起来挖蛏子只需要2，3个小时的时间，但是安排起来却很费 |
